Integration into agricultural industrialization associations is an important step in the organic linkage between smallholders and modern agriculture.The livelihood capital possessed by small farmers can promote the close integration between themselves and the agricultural industrialization association.The article analyzes the paths of smallholders'livelihood capital in Linxia of Gansu Province,which drive their integration into agricultural industrialization associations,such as from the parasitic symbiosis mode,the new agricultural entities development mode to the radiation driven by farmers'professional cooperatives mode.From this,we also found that small farmers'own motivation is insufficient,social organizations'agricultural financial services are not available,and small farmers'willingness to participate is not strong,and other problems.In response to these problems,countermeasures and recommendations have been made to establish an endogenous mechanism to enhance mutual trust and mutual benefit,improve the rural credit guarantee and risk early warning mechanism,and build a"three rural"talent system that efficiently connects small farmers to modern agriculture,with a view to promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,and realizing sustainable livelihoods.

In order to solve the problem of"the last kilometer"of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,Guizhou has established nine tobacco science and technology achievement transformation parks in tobacco areas of the province.This paper describes the current situation of park construction from the aspects of functional planning,production organization and management operation,analyzes the deficiencies,and gives an outlook on the prospect of tobacco science and technology achievement transformation park construction,and puts forward development suggestions for strengthening the construction of the tobacco science and technology achievement transformation park from three aspects of promoting deep industrial involvement,fostering integrated development of diversified industries and enhancing high-standard modernization of the achievement transformation park.
The article applies the rooting theory to study the path of scientific and technological talents to improve their entrepreneurial ability in agriculture-related digital business through the process of policy compliance and resource integration.It is found that scientific and technological talents can complete the process of policy compliance with the government through the process of policy leading,entrepreneurial demand identifying,supporting policy matching,and project funding applying;after obtaining the policy funding,they can realize the resource integration through the three steps of project supporting input,entrepreneurial resource optimization,and resource constraint breaking through,and thus get the entrepreneurial ability enhancement.On this basis,it is proposed that the entrepreneurial ability of science and technology talents in agriculture-related digital business includes four dimensions:policy opportunity grasping ability,entrepreneurial resource controlling ability,digital business innovation ability and entrepreneurial execution and operation ability.
