
From attaching great importance to the construction of rural ecological civilization to the production and living mode of ecologically livable agriculture in rural areas, China’s agricultural ecological economy has made great progress. At this stage, China’s economy was in the period of characteristic construction. As an important part of China’s characteristic economy,it was very important to re-examine and position the agricultural economy based on the perspective of ecological environment construction how to give full play to its value function. Based on the theoretical perspective of coordinated development, this paper analyzes the content, characteristics and mechanism of the coordinated development of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economy, and deeply analyzes the obstacles in the process of their coordination in order to build a more perfect development path, aiming to promote the green sustainable development of agricultural ecological economy.
The research aimed to evaluate the immune effects and the quality of clinical application of mass highly-pathogenic avian influenza vaccines at present.Blood samples were collected from 127 chicken farms,22 duck farms,2 goose farms and 1 pigeon farm by wing vein method.H5-type highly pathogenic avian influenza antibodies were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test and their immune effects were analyzed.The immune of 5 chicken farms were not eligible and 8 duck farms(being mainly meat-duck farms) were not eligible.2 goose farms and 1 pigeon farm were all eligible.The qualification rate of antibody was 88.05% and the qualified immunity farm reached 91.40%.The optimum first-immune time of chickling should be about 2 weeks.The protective efficacy of poultry after immunity inoculation for 2 times was higher and the effective stage of immunity reached 4~6 months.

为了提高复混肥料中总氮的检测能力,该文对复混肥料中总氮测定的能力验证结果进行了具体分析.通过对检验检测方法《复混肥料中总氮含量的测定 蒸馏后滴定法》(GB/T 8572-2010)中的两种消化方法比对和人员比对的方式对复混肥料中总氮含量的结果讨论研究.经多次试验采用未知样消化方式更为适合能力验证样品的检测,能力验证样品CSJ-2023-E-47 总氮含量为 20.91%,数据上报结果为合格.复混肥料总氮含量的检测过程中,还需进一步细化操作步骤,减少消化时带来的数据误差,确保能力验证数据准确可靠.
