The 13th automated negotiation competition was held in 2 leagues (ANL2022 and SCML2022) in conjunction with the 31st IJCAI conference. The ANL for 2022 is bilateral negotiation under the SOAP protocol. Agents are allowed to learn from their previous negotiations. The agents could have 3 main BOA components: a Bidding strategy that decides which bid and when must be sent to the opponent, an Opponent model that tries to model the opponent's preferences, and an Acceptance strategy that decides whether to accept the opponent's offer or not. This paper explains our LuckyAgent2022's BOA components and its learning methods over negotiation sessions. To improve its utility over sessions, we propose SLM, a LSN Stop-Learning mechanism, to prevent overfitting by adapting it to a multi-armed bandit problem. It finds the best value for variables of a time-dependent bidding strategy for the opponent.
The Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm is a relatively novel concept that is rapidly and steadily growing in modern wireless communication models. In IoT, many of the objects in the surrounding environment of us are networked in one or more forms. Sensor network technologies are increasing to meet this new challenge where invisible information and communication systems are embedded in our surroundings. This produces a large amount of information that must be acquired, transferred, stored, sorted, processed, and presented in an integrated, efficient, sensible, and easily interpretable format. Therefore, this interaction and cooperation between humans and smart devices create new challenges for exchanging information security. On the other hand, the lack of appropriate and strong security services, arrangements, and measures can have a negative or even detrimental effect on the objective acceptance of the IoT paradigm. This paper delves into the impacts of the message queuing telemetry transport (MQTT) protocol, which is a widely-applied protocol in the implemented IoT schemes. This protocol does not guarantee secure and reliable native authentication mechanisms requested by developers. Thus, this paper proposes an authentication scheme via blockchain-based smart contracts for MQTT. This proposal enables the authentication of devices in the IoT network by preserving client security and privacy to ensure trust and accountability through Ethereum-based smart contracts. This review article intends to express the security challenges of this issue as well as its proposed solution in the form of a general description of the work.

Rapid growth in global food demand and production has led to a shift from traditional agriculture to smart one. It seems crucial for both governments and farmers to adopt technologies in agriculture to meet the current challenges of providing large quantities of high-quality foods and making the most of natural resources. The advent of recommendation systems in smart agriculture has gained attention in recent years as a solution for increasing yield production by suggesting suitable crops regarding the agricultural parameters. Recommendation systems also increase sustainability with better consideration of necessary nutrients and yield monitoring and lead to the proper procedure to prevent accountable production wastes. The aim of this paper is to review recent works on recommendation systems in smart agriculture to propose a conceptual model on the way to design a proper recommendation system. We categorized previous efforts on recommendation systems in four domains of weather conditions, pests and diseases, crop plants, and soil characteristics. The proposed pathway brings awareness and also a holistic view for the managers and policymakers from existing technologies, challenges, and techniques regarding designing a proper recommendation system in smart agriculture which helps in the transition from traditional routines into the smart era of agricultural practices.
The present study was conducted to investigate the impact of management information systems (MIS) on organizational transparency with an emphasis on work ethics. The current research is practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of numerical data analysis in order to express and explain the reasons for changes in social phenomena, it is a quantitative research, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive-causal and comparative type of research. is counted The statistical population of the current research is all principals of primary schools in Chabahar city, whose number is about 700 people. In the present study, the sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 248 people, and simple random sampling method was used in this study. In order to collect data in this research, standard questionnaires of management information systems (MIS), organizational transparency and work ethics were used, and the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's Alpha method as 0.79, 0.79 and 0.84 respectively. became. Based on the results of this research, it showed that there was a direct and significant impact between management information systems on their work ethics in the organization; Also, based on the results of information analysis, we came to the conclusion that there was a direct and significant impact between management information systems on their organizational transparency in the organization; The results also showed that there was a direct and significant effect between managers' work ethics on their organizational transparency in the organization; In the end, we came to the conclusion that management information systems in the organization have a positive and meaningful indirect effect through the mediation of work ethics with the organizational transparency of managers in the organization.
