The article examines the process of the emergence and consolidation of regionalizations within subnational state organizations in an Argentine state, focusing on the moments when they were introduced, the modalities in which they were carried out, and the territorial projects with which they were associated. The study provides insight into the succession of regional images employed by political elites to perceive and assess space during the construction of the interventionist state. The findings offer a way to understand the temporal changes in subnational territorial configurations and the gradual emergence of regional inequality as a state issue.
This article examines the visual structure of a show broadcast by the Argentine air television, LAM (América TV). Our objective is to recognize the marks of a subject that is located outside the frame of the images and that, however, is invested in its interior through a series of resources of audiovisual composition. A work corpus consisting of a week of broadcasting has been prepared, which includes five complete programs, broadcast during the month of October 2022. The methodology consisted of a study of the image band of LAM, from which selected representative frames of the universe in which they are included. It is concluded by recognizing a set of subsidiary technical procedures of the active presence in LAM of an enunciation subject of incorporeal nature.
Este trabajo persigue la finalidad de evidenciar los múltiples modos en que el territorio intercede y se vincula con las instituciones. Para ello, se analiza el caso de una escuela secundaria en la Patagonia, Argentina. Se trata de una escuela técnica con orientación agropecuaria ubicada a 45 kilómetros de la ciudad capital de la provincia Neuquén. A partir de un trabajo cualitativo realizado en el año 2023, se presentan los hallazgos en torno a las dimensiones emergentes, tales como su origen, los obstáculos, las redes que allí se gestan y las acciones de resistencia que emanan de los sujetos. Se concluye con la importancia de visibilizar las tensiones, que vueltas oportunidades, habilitan a que la escuela ocupe un lugar de suma importancia, en la biografía de sus agentes (docentes y estudiantes) y de la comunidad.
