The Young Research forum gives a dynamic spot to talking about potential and progressing research in any stage, from thought to results. The discussion endeavours to give an agreeable situation to permit youthful analysts to get criticism on their work, trade understanding, pose inquiries, investigate pathways open to them. Moreover, the discussion animates cooperation between youthful scientists, experienced analysts and industry. Each creator, notwithstanding analysts important to their work, will be allocated a modern tutor who will likewise survey and propose enhancements to their entries
Nano science has wholly chip in to foremost accomplishments in different sectors of agriculture. Insecticides are functional for prevention and control of plant disease. Excessive application of insecticides leads to the unfavourable pesticide consequences on human and plant health and damage environment. In this current study the author reported a facile synthesis of new Nano λ- Cyhalothrin using polycapralactone as an encapsulated agent for insect infection control and its successive characterization of encapsulated complex. Nano λ-Cyhalothrin encapsulated particles were characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), Ultraviolet spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The size distribution was noted at 40 nm-50 nm. The bioactivity study was conducted against various aspergillusbacillus. Nano λ-Cyhalothrin showed a better bio-efficacy in comparison with commercial pesticide. The valuable information stated by author leads to potential application of polymeric nanomaterials in protecting plant health with huge potential.
The most common path of Human exposure to Bisphenol-A-(BPA) is by oral intake. It involves genotoxicity, oxidative stress, endocrine disruption, mutagenicity, and carcinogenicity in both in vitro and in vivo models. Melatonin has known as a freeradical scavenger and powerful antioxidant agent. This study was initiated to investigate the role of melatonin on viability and genetic disorders of Normal Human Gingival Fibroblasts (HGF), Colon cancer (MKN45), and Bone marrow stem cell lines exposed to BPA. For this purpose, MTT and Comet assays were performed to evaluate the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity properties of BPA and Melatonin role. The results of the present study showed that BPA exposure resulted in increased oxidative stress parameters including MDA, ROS, and decreased GSH content. The current study demonstrated the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity effects of BPA and the protective role of melatonin for preventing cytotoxicity and DNA damage induced by BPA.
A flexible stereoselective synthesis of styryl lactones (-) cryptocaryalactone, 7-epi-goniodiol, (R)-(+)-goniothalamin, (R)-(+)-kavain and (S)-(+)-7, 8-dihydrokavain is synthesized from inexpensive and readily available cinnamaldehyde by applying enantioselective allylation and dihydroxylation reactions. The attractive features of the synthesis is using commercially available inexpensive single starting material for the all the styryl lactones.
A series of Novel 1-aryl-5-hepta-O-benzoyl-β-D-lactosyl-2-S-benzyl-2, 4-isodithiobiurets were synthesized by the interaction of 1-aryl-2-S-benzyl isothiocarbamides and hepta-O-benzoyl-β-D-lactosyl isothiocyanate in benzene medium. The identities of these newly synthesized N-lactosides have been established on the basis of usual chemical transformations and IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectral analysis. The polarimetric study of all compounds was carried out. The study of S-and N-glycosides is important in carbohydrate chemistry. Sugar isothiocyanate is good precursors and versatile intermediate for synthesis of S- and N-glycosides. Carbohydrates play an important role in the number of biological events and play an important role in their synthetic strategy as well. Similarly the amino sugars are an important class of glycosidase inhibitors and are arousing great interest as potential therapeutic agents.
