In multicultural communities, especially educational institutions, the problem of intolerance based on religion and identity persists. As Islamic educational establishments, boarding schools (Pesantren) play a crucial role in fostering tolerance via inclusive teaching methods. The purpose of this study is to examine how Project Based Learning is used in inclusive education and how it affects students at the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor development of tolerant views. This research employs an ethnographic qualitative methodology. Over the course of a year, participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation were used to gather data. Thematic analysis of the data was carried out using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings demonstrate how inclusive teaching is ingrained in Islamic boarding school culture at the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Students' social engagement, teamwork, and communication across differences are encouraged when project-based learning is implemented through a variety of project-based activities. Two strategies are used to build a tolerant mindset: active tolerance, which shows itself as collaboration and group involvement, and passive tolerance, which entails respect for one another's differences. Tolerance is a social ability that can be developed in a contextual and useful way through project-based learning. According to the study's findings, project-based learning-based inclusive education is useful in helping students at contemporary Islamic boarding schools develop a tolerant mindset and is appropriate as a teaching strategy in a pluralistic society.
This study aims to analyze the influence of host attractiveness, interactivity, product presentation, and entertainment value on purchase intention mediated by trust within the context of live show shopping on Shopee Live. The evolution of live commerce has shifted consumer behavior toward more interactive and experience-based engagement, making trust a pivotal factor in purchasing decisions. This study employs a quantitative approach using an online survey distributed to Shopee Live users. Data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM method to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that entertainment value and product presentation have a positive and significant impact on trust, whereas host attractiveness and interactivity do not show a significant influence. Furthermore, trust is shown to have a very strong positive effect on purchase intention and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between several independent variables and purchase intention. These findings confirm that in live commerce, entertainment and product presentation quality play a more dominant role in building consumer trust than other factors. This study contributes theoretically to the development of S-O-R-based consumer behavior models and offers practical implications for businesses in designing effective live streaming strategies.
Instruction in Basic Culinary Skills for Phase E vocational high school students relies on teaching materials in which content, videos, and assessments are provided separately. This separation does not adequately meet the needs of learners who favor visual, audio, and interactive media. This study aimed to examine the feasibility of an interactive flipbook-based e-module that integrates instructional videos and interactive quizzes on the topic of Cleaning the Kitchen Area and Equipment. This evaluative study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The e-module was designed using the Canva application and converted into an interactive flipbook format through the Heyzine Flipbooks platform, in accordance with the Learning Outcomes of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research subjects were six validators selected through purposive sampling, comprising three content experts and three media experts. Data were collected through preliminary observation and a validation questionnaire using a 1–4 scale and were then analyzed by calculating feasibility percentages. Suggestions for improvement from the validators were also used as a basis for product revision. The results showed that the e-module achieved feasibility percentages of 95% from the content experts and 93% from the media experts, both in the “very feasible” category. The product was revised in the aspects of the cover, completeness of the table of contents, author profile, culinary technical terminology, and chapter structure based on the validators’ suggestions. This interactive e-module is therefore feasible for use as an alternative digital teaching material in the Basic Culinary Skills course for Phase E.
This study evaluates the feasibility of the Tirta Dwimatra transformational gown as an innovative form of culturally inspired stage wear. The study employed a research and development approach adapted from the ADDIE model. This article focuses specifically on the development phase, particularly the expert-based product feasibility assessment. The Tirta Dwimatra gown combines transformational clothing construction, pleated tulle techniques, and visual elements derived from Indonesian cultural heritage, represented through batik motifs. Data were collected using a product feasibility assessment instrument completed by three expert validators. The instrument comprised 30 items covering three dimensions: aesthetic design, technical construction, and creativity and innovation. The data were analysed using quantitative descriptive analysis by comparing the total score obtained with the maximum possible score and converting it into a percentage. The gown received a total score of 320 out of 360, corresponding to a feasibility percentage of 88.89% and placing it in the highly feasible category. These findings indicate that the Tirta Dwimatra gown demonstrates strong aesthetic, technical, and innovative qualities as culturally inspired stage wear. The study also highlights the potential of expert-based feasibility assessment as a systematic approach to developing transformational fashion products that integrate cultural representation, functional construction, and design innovation in fashion education.
