Smart libraries are an important goal for the development of libraries at present,but there is still a lack of understanding and practical promotion of the overall architecture of smart libraries in current research.Based on the evolution process of"digital library-intelligent library-intelligent library",further deepen the theoretical understanding of the development pattern of libraries,explore the specific implementation path of smart library construction from cognition to practice,accelerate the implementation of smart library construction,and promote the library industry,academia,and technology enterprises to pay more attention to,participate in,and promote the research and practice of smart libraries,In order to achieve resonance and common development in the collaborative work of all parties.
图书馆职业历经人类社会工业化、信息化浪潮的风云荡涤，在社会的转型与发展中感受着荣耀与阵痛。新世纪以来，我国图书馆界奋发有为，砥砺前行，使我国图书馆事业的发展达到了前所未有的高度。在长期的职业实践活动中，我国各级公共图书馆创造性地开展服务，涌现了一批具有高度专业意识、鲜明办馆特色和强大适应能力的优秀图书馆，东莞图书馆位列其中。
At present, there is a huge stock of orphan works with high cultural value in the world. The resources would be wasted if they are not used. Libraries using orphan works in digital environment faces the challenge of high cost and insufficient legislation. The legal regulation of foreign orphan works can be divided into four modes: restrictive relief, compulsory license, specific restriction and extended license. By analyzing the four modes in detail, the author points out that the ideal mode for libraries and public cultural institutions using orphan works should be the fair use mode. The fair use rules for library using orphan works in China should focus on the following 6 aspects: subject, purpose, object,premise, way and examination of use. Besides, the balance of interests between the copyright and the public should be ensured.
Based on a self-built saturated literature data-set, this study tested the content validity of single retrieval, intersection combination retrieval and union combination retrieval from two aspects of coverage and correlation. The findings of this research include that: the content validity of “full text-based retrieval” is the highest, yet “the title-based retrieval” is the lowest. There is a common risk of content validity existed among intersection combinatorial retrieval, for details, the more retrieval items involved, the lower the content validity the retrieval will has.Generally speaking, the content validity of union combination retrieval is high but various. This study is expected to benefit the consolidate the basis of evidence-based research and improve the quality of meta-analysis and systematic review.
Integrating the original research evidence to obtain higher-level evidence is the basic goal of evidence-based research, and yet document evidence retrieval is the basic guarantee to improve the validity of evidence-based research. Based on the analysis of the relationship between research validity and measurement validity and evidence-based research, this paper contrasts the paradigms of obtaining research evidence in the fields of natural science and social science, and puts forward the theoretical view that "the essence of evidence-based research is to improve the validity of evidence integration". Furthermore, through systematic literature survey, seven factors influencing the validity of evidence-based research were summarized, and on the basis of combing the historical development process of evidence integration in the field of evidence based research, meta analysis was proposed as the main tool to improve the validity of evidence integration. Finally, this paper starts with the possible impact of literature evidence retrieval on the quality of evidence-based research and scientific evaluation indicators, and looks forward to the establishment of the validity testing mechanism of evidence-based research.
