Environmental deterioration problems have become increasingly prominent, which poses a serious threat to the survival and development of human society. cold chain logistics as the important method to ensure food quality, will generate huge energy consumption because it's strict temperature control, and the nonstandard logistics activity of cold chain logistics enterprise will cause the waste of resources and environmental pollution too, so the researches about green level of cold chain logistics has become increasingly important. This paper selecting the suitable green evaluation index and build a more reasonable and effective evaluation system, providing the basis for enterprises to find and solve the existing problems of cold chain logistics, so as to promote the sustainable development of cold chain logistics.
The growth in world trade is doubling every 5-7 years with a corresponding increase in cargo container movements most of which are handled by seaports. Moving more traffic through the limited area of a seaport can only be achieved by an increase in port performance. Ship owners, terminal operators and forwarding agents each have optimized their performance guided by values collected on key performance indicators. However, our results from a case study at Oslo port shows that operations suffer from insufficient information sharing resulting in an unused integration potential which not captured by the current performance indicators. We propose a new Information Sharing Indicator calculated as the sum of zero/one variables showing whether electronic information sharing between actors is shared (1) or not shared (0), plus with a value metric measuring the level of the information shared on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 3 (highest). We propose to extend the multi-dimensional port performance measurement framework commonly used by ports by extending it with the Information Sharing Indicator.
this paper analyzes several circulation models of the agricultural super docking, and points out some produce distribution problems under these models. The conception of loss function is introduced to establish the mathematical model, which is based on the produce delivery. The GA (Genetic Algorithm) is also used to figure out the optimal path.
An unforeseen event is a threat that can interrupt the operational process and has negative impacts on a supply chain system. To reduce the risks and improve the service level, hazard identification is one of the significant procedures in supply chain risk management (SCRM) to recognize the causes of undesired events across the supply chain network. However, the most SCRM studies in the chemical industry are spread across multiple disciplines and concentrated on various risks. This paper describes systematic hazard identification to comprehensively capture and verify the risk factors in the chemical supply chain (CSC). Through combining the distinct features of CSCs and the risks addressed in general supply chains, a risk taxonomic diagram is developed to decompose the unstructured risks into different categorizations from different supply, operational, demand, security, political, policy, macroeconomic and natural environment perspectives. It not only provides a portfolio of risks but also suggests the concerned hazardous events from industrial perspectives. It therefore provides a useful insight for risk mitigation in future.
Currently, with the development of global services economy and service organizations, the applications of modularity have exceeded the popular utility of Western business organizational design in the 1990s. It is increasingly combined with the actual operation of the service enterprise. Mass customization has become one of widespread service production modes. As an important part of modern logistics service, distribution service also needs to break through the traditional mode of large-scale service and combine the new service idea for extension and exploration in the rapidly changing market environment. Hence, referring to the previous research, this study integrates mass customization and service modularity idea to discuss distribution service modularity based on mass customization. This paper firstly defines the concept of distribution service based on mass customization, and then the paper summarizes the modular mechanism. The division and configuration method of distribution service based on mass customization is the last part.
