
Antagonistic Bacillus species is one of the most promising probiotics which can be used as a substitute for antibiotic feed additives.It is important to facilitate the application of antagonisticBacillus species in aquaculture to reduce the abuse of antibiotics.In this article,the current research and application situations of antagonistic Bacillus species in China are introduced.Meanwhile,current problems are discussed.Moreover,we suggest that the study of antagonistic Bacillus species in aquaculture should be strengthened.
This study aims to explore the effects of different feeding methods(grazing+supplementary feeding,and house feeding)on the production and reproductive performance of Sanhe cattle.Forty cows of similar weight,age,and parity,who have been pregnant for 5 months,were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.The feeding method of the control group's cattle is grazing+supplementary feeding,while the feeding method of the experimental group's cattle is house feeding.After a 5-month feeding period,the production performance indicators and reproductive performance indicators of the cows were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the production indicators of Sanhe cattle in the experimental group,such as milk yield,milk fat rate,and milk protein rate,were significantly improved,and their reproductive performance was also significantly better than that of the control group.In summary,in order to achieve high milk production performance and good reproductive performance in the process of raising Sanhe cattle,it is necessary to raise them in captivity.
Select 21 milk products of 7 types available on the market for chloramphenicol residue detection,through matrix spiking tests,exploring the impact of different milk matrices on test results.The results showed that fat index was the main factor affecting the recovery rate of chloramphenicol detection in the 21 milk products sold on the market.This study attempted three different methods to reduce the emulsification reaction between fat and ethyl acetate during the extraction process.Finally,it was determined that the low-temperature high-speed centrifugation method can effectively improve the recovery rate of chloramphenicol detection in high fat milk matrix without reducing the efficiency of the inspection work.The method optimization results showed that the average recovery rate of high fat milk increased from 65%to 93%,with an inter batch standard deviation of 6%.This indicates that after the optimization of the pre-treatment extraction method,the impact of fat in the milk matrix on the results decreased,and the method accuracy is high.It can be used for the detection of chloramphenicol residues in milk.

近日,农业农村部印发第三批国家畜禽遗传资源保护单位公告,新确定的10个畜禽遗传资源保护单位纳入国家畜禽遗传资源保护体系,包括8个保种场、1个保护区和1个基因库.其中,首次建立了兰州大尾羊、岷县黑裘皮羊、雷州山羊、岔口驿马、金阳丝毛鸡、矮脚鸡、闽清毛脚鸡等7个国家级畜禽遗传资源保种场、保护区以及柞蚕基因库.至此,国家畜禽遗传资源保护体系对159个国家级畜禽遗传资源保护品种实现活体保护全覆盖.
The development of Roxburgh Rose Fruit is popular currently,the processing of Roxburgh Rose Fruit residue accounted for 50%of the fruit weight,with abundant vitamins,flavonoids,total phenols and other functional substances.The solvent method was used to prepare natural antibiotics substitute of Roxburgh Rose Fruit residue,and to determine the antibacterial activity of the extract and then apply it to feed additives to explore antibacterial motives of the extract,in order to extract the natural antibacterial substances in Roxburgh Rose Fruit residue instead of antibiotics and to quantitatively study and analyze its application in feed additives.The results showed that the natural antibacterial extract of Roxburgh Rose Fruit can inhibit bacteria and mold,and can be used as a natural additives in forages and other subsidiary agricultural products.
In recent years,with the launch of the three-year action plan of reducing feed soybean meal replacement,the research on finding and discovering the replacement of feed soybean meal has become a current research hotspot.Soy residue is a by-product of the production of soy milk or tofu and is a healthy,inexpensive and readily available food ingredient.It is not only rich in dietary fiber,protein,minerals and vitamins and other nutrients,but also has the function of regulating the stomach and promoting metabolism.However,the anti-nutrient factor content of raw soybean residue is high,the palatability is poor,the water content is high,it is not easy to save,and it is easy to mold and deteriorate,which have also become the urgent problems to be solved in the application of soybean residue instead of soybean meal in livestock and poultry breeding.This paper discusses the application of soybean residue to replace soybean meal with soybean residue after microbial fermentation from four aspects:nutrition analysis and feeding advantage of fermented soybean residue,fermentation technology,feeding technology of fermented soybean residue and benefit analysis of fermented soybean residue.It is expected to provide objective theoretical reference for chicken farmers.
At present,badger is mostly wild,less in captivity,in the badger artificial breeding and disease control and other aspects of knowledge and experience are still a lot of lack.In order to clarify the heartworm infection situation of badger in Binhai Shengli Wild Badger domestication Company of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County of Qinhuangdao,and put forward comprehensive prevention and control measures for the badger heartworm disease in this farm,and promote the development of badger artificial breeding industry.According to the clinical symptoms,the changes of autopsy and the detection results of microfilariae in the blood of the infected badgers,the suspected cases of cardiac filariasis in the badgers were studied.At the same time,epidemiological investigation was conducted on the detection of microfilariae in the blood of some badgers in this farm.The results showed that the positive rate was 18%in the badger herd that had been raised in the badger factory for a period of time,and 42%in the badger herd that had just returned from the wild.The results of drug therapy test showed that ivermectin and levamisole hydrochloride had better effect on the elimination of microfileria,and the elimination rate of ivermectin could reach 95%.Through this study,the comprehensive control measures for heart filariasis in badger farms can be proposed,including preventive deworming,regular monitoring and drug treatment.
This experiment aims to study the similarities and differences in reproductive performance between Luxi blackhead sheep and Hu sheep,providing scientific basis for further promoting Luxi Blackhead Sheep.In this experiment,50 2-year-old Luxi blackhead ewes and Hu sheep ewes were selected and divided into two groups according to their breeds.The Hu sheep group was the control group,while the Luxi blackhead sheep group was the experimental group.They were raised under the same conditions.The experimental results showed that the estrus rate,conception rate,and lambing status of Luxi blackhead sheep in the experimental group were higher than those of Hu sheep in the control group,and the weight of newborn male and female lambs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in body length.In summary,under the same feeding and management conditions,the reproductive performance of Luxi blackhead sheep is slightly better than that of Hu sheep,and can be promoted and applied nationwide.

Through in-depth research on the status quo and countermeasures of rock sheep protection in Helan Mountain region of Ningxia,the paper aims to explore the problems faced by this region in rock sheep protection,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the protection and sustainable development of rock sheep.This paper introduces the geographical environment of Ningxia,the unique rock sheep resources in Helan Mountain region and the status quo of their protection,analyzes the main problems in the protection of rock sheep in this region,discusses the current policies and regulations on the protection of rock sheep in Helan Mountain region of Ningxia,and puts forward a series of countermeasures to promote the protection and sustainable utilization of rock sheep resources in this region,so as to achieve a virtuous cycle of ecological environment and sustainable economic development.
With the continuous development and popularization of information technology,the field of education is gradually transforming to information technology.Problem-driven teaching model(PBL),as a problem-centered teaching method,has been widely used in animal biochemistry teaching reform.Under this model,teachers can sort out the knowledge points in the course and establish the problem chain,so that students can always think about the problem chain in the learning process and actively explore it,which can cultivate their ability to comprehensively use knowledge and solve practical problems.This paper analyzes the design and application of PBL in animal biochemistry teaching reform from the perspective of information technology,so as to better meet the development needs of modern education.

In order to develop a novel analgesic and anti-inflammatory formulation,compound lidocaine enrofloxacin gel was prepared,the contents of lidocaine hydrochloride and enrofloxacin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the preliminary stability test was carried out,and the clinical effect of the gel was preliminarily evaluated through the in vitro antibacterial test of canine natural wound infection model and the analgesic effect test of canine body surface trauma modeling.The results show that:The contents of lidocaine and enrofloxacin in the compound gel prepared by the prescription process met the requirements;The products met the requirements in high temperature,high humidity,strong light tests and 6-month accelerated test results;Antibacterial effect test showed when the enrofloxacin contentdiluted to as low as 0.01%,the antibacterial effect was still good;Body surface trauma modeling results showed that the analgesic onset time of compound gel(3.67 min)was faster than the control group(4.67 min),and the analgesic effect was better than the control group(33.33%had mild pain reaction).In conclusion,the prescription and preparation process of the compound lidocaine enrofloxacin gel are feasible,the product has stable properties,and the in vitro antibacterial effect is good,it is effective for wound analgesia on dogs.
Objective:Using the available and currently credible consist of latitude and longitude data of sea snakes,the map of the species abundance distribution in the world has been drawn,so as to present their biogeographic information intuitively.Methods:The data including12 830 loci of 56 species in 7 genera and 2 subfamilies have been downloaded through Global Biodiversity Information Facility and International Union for Conservation of Nature or The Reptile Database.Using DIVA-GIS software,setting the criteria of high,low and abundance,the global map of sea snakes distribution with general division method based on percentages have been drawn,including 5 grids size and 3 adjoints size.Result:The area contains Less than 10%of species could be defined as low abundance area,meanwhile the area contains more than 30%of species as high abundance area,so the rest as medium abundance area.Thus,the map presentation effect is better.Conclusion:The inverse thought and rounding ideas were used in data processing many times.The map obtained by"general division method based on percentages with adjoint"method is in accord with the biological characteristics of sea snakes more.This method could set maps with different resolutions,which would be used to describe biogeography and explain biogeography.

To analyze the effects of compound microecological agents on the growth performance and incidence rate of diarrhea of Simmental weaned calves.Method:80 Simon Thar weaned calves weighing around 200 kg at the age of 5 months were selected and evenly divided into four groups:low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group,and control group.The compound microecological agents(dosage:4,8,16 g/d)were added to the concentrate feed for 90 d,and the calf weight gain,feed intake,feed conversion rate,incidence rate of diarrhea,and fecal pH value,nitrogen,phosphorus,copper,lactic acid bacteria,coliform bacteria and other indicators were analyzed.Conclusion:When adding 8 g/d composite probiotics to calf concentrate,it can significantly increase weight gain,feed intake,feed conversion rate,and the number of bacteria and lactic acid bacteria in feces(P<0.01);The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus,the number of escherichia coli and the incidence rate of diarrhea were decreased(P<0.05).
