摘要
Late cardiac complications were compared in 2 groups after chemoradiotherapy for Hodgkin’s lymphoma in childhood. The 1 st group got 36-45 Gy of irradiation, the 2d group – 20-35 Gy. The 1 st group had elevated risk of the following complications: fibrosis and calcifications of the cardiac valves (in two of the patients up to valvular dysfunction), pulmonary hypertension, diastolic dysfunction. 1 death of the cardiomyopathy occurred in the 1 st group. Further improvement of the treatment is needed to reduce late cardiac complications.
