МЕХАНИЗМЫ ВЗАИМООТНОШЕНИЙ ЦЕНТРА И РЕГИОНОВ ЮГА РОССИИ (1960-2000-Е ГГ.): ТЕОРИЯ И ИСТОРИЯ

The author considers the processes of centre-regional interaction mechanisms transformation in the 1960-2000-s by the example of the South of Russia, analyzes the main forms and types of the relations, their changes in the context of historical process features influence, reveals the chief factors affecting centre-regional relations formation and development, such as interests duality, managerism and personification and distinguishes three basic changes stages which shift is conditioned by the search of the optimal combination of the considered mechanisms in political practice.
