The series of bandaging materials was obtained by the method of metal vapor synthesis on the basis of medical gauze bandage containing gold or silver nanoparticles. The modeling of aseptic and contaminated cutaneous wound was performed on experimental laboratory rats. The dynamics of the present wound healing with application of bandaging material, containing gold or silver nanoparticles, in comparison with ordinary medical gauze bandage was researched. It was established that the application of bandaging material, containing gold or silver nanoparticles, allows to accelerate the process of experimental aseptic and contaminated wound healing.
