The efficacy of radical surgeries with resection and single-stage restoration of defects of the calvarium and/or skull base using individual titanium nickelid implants was analyzed for 28 patients with craniofacial tumors. Preoperative stereolithograpgic model of the patients skull was used as a template for manufacturing individual implant from the porous nickelid titanium. Application of individual endoprosthesis from porous titanium nickelid for replacement of postoperative defects of the skull in cancer patients resulted in decrease in length of surgery, not influencing unfavorably on short-and long-term results.
