The aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of renal replacement therapy (RRT) in the treatment of sepsis as an example of severe destructive forms of pancreatitis. During the course of treatment was a significant positive trend of laboratory parameters and course of the main pathological process in the group of patients who were conducted RRT together with basic therapy sessions. Ultrahemodiafiltration inclusion in complex intensive sepsis and septic shock therapy helps to stabilize hemodynamics faster and renounce the use of agonists as well as greatly reduces the laboratory hypoxia and endotoxemia presentations.
