In this paper potentiometric method defined of equilibrium constant of complexation process of calcium ions with amino acids glycine as an example. It has been shown that the interaction of calcium ions with glycine occurs with maximum intensity at low ionic strengths. Calculated temperature-dependent and temperature-independent components of the thermodynamic characteristics, established the formation of electrostatic complex. For the first time constants were calculated substitution reactions of calcium ion to ions of toxicants (Cu 2+, Ni 2+), revealed a high carcinogenic activity of copper ions, due to the formation of a stable complex bioligand (glycine) with heavy metal ions.
