Изменение Показателей Активности Иммунного Воспаления И Структурно-Функциональных Свойств Сосудистой Стенки У Больных Сахарным Диабетом 2 Типа Под Влиянием Терапии

This article contains the results of the research of serum levels of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, p TNF-α p 1), leptin, soluble isoform of 40L ligand (p CD40L), monocytic chemoattractant protein (MCP-1), and arterial vasculature rigidity in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). It was found out that more prominent changes of immune status parameters and structural-functional properties of the arterial vasculature occurred in patients with type 2 DM and obesity, compared to the parameters in patients with type 2 DM and BMI2. The significant correlation relationships were determined between proinflammatory cytokinemia, levels of p CD40L, MCP-1, leptin and arterial vasculature rigidity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. It was determined, that in addition to lipid-lowering effect, Fenofibrate has also pleiotropic anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective activities.
