A Performance Evaluation Protocol for Engineering-drawing Recognition Systems

This paper defines a computational protocol to evaluate the performance of recognizers ofsolid line entities, circle entities, arc entities, dashed line entities, dashed circle entities, dashedarc entities, and text entities in engineering drawings.
