Abstract: Object-oriented) language. HiPPO is unique in itscombination of a visual syntax with an object-orientedcomputation model based on the flow of object references.The paper describes some of the notations used in the languagewith particular emphasis on the features provided tosupport the exploitation of parallelism. Aspects of the runtimesupport for HiPPO programs will also be described.
