Algorithms for Block Filtering with Hardware FFT Processors

The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a familiar tool in signal processing applications such as filtering. The availabihty of a pipehned FFT chip (O'SuUivan et al, this conference) makes it possible to build specialised hardware processors to perform filtering operations on high speed streams of data.
