The ITSO recommends the following: Windows Defender [2] for use on Windows 10 Avast [3] or Bitdefender [4] for use on macOS, Linux, and earlier versions of Windows NOTE: These solutions are for Duke faculty, staff and students to use on personally owned machines. Anti-virus software on Duke-owned computers should be managed by departmental IT staff.
