Challenging Computerized Testing and Computer-Based Test Interpretations

This chapter considers the current state of the literatureregarding computer-based testing (CBT) and computer-based test interpretation (CBTI), particularly as relates to their usein the legal context. Three facets of computer-assisted testingwill be covered: Administration (i.e., CBT), scoring,and interpretation (i.e., CBTI).
