Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) is a crucial component of cardiovascular disease management. It effectively enhances exercise tolerance and quality of life, while reducing the rates of readmission and mortality. However, its implementation remains suboptimal due to challenges such as uneven distribution of medical resources, low patient adherence, and difficulties in follow-up management. Digital healthcare offers potential solutions to overcome the limitations of traditional cardiac rehabilitation regarding feasibility, continuity, and personalization. This consensus primarily addresses the application of remote cardiac rehabilitation, including exercise prescriptions for coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular heart disease; nutritional prescriptions with remote dietary guidance and chatbot-based dietary monitoring; and psychological prescriptions covering screening, intervention, and feedback. It provides corresponding expert consensus recommendations and summarizes the clinical utility of digital coronary CT-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) and index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) in CR, along with expert-endorsed opinions.This consensus aims to promote the scientific and standardized application of digital technology-based remote cardiac rehabilitation.
