Improving the 5G resident ratio becomes one of the essential tasks of network operation in the period of high-speed development of 5G. This paper introduces a 5G construction efficiency evaluation method, which comprehensively evaluates the 5G network construction effect from four aspects: 5G resident rate, 5G coverage efficiency, 5G capacity efficiency, and 5G service absorption efficiency. LSTM algorithm is introduced into the proposed model, which helps to find the high-value area of accumulated problem cells. The test results show that the scheme has high accuracy based on the local network's data. With iterative evaluation and prediction based on the LSTM algorithm, telecom operators can continuously pull up 5G network operation and optimization efficiency, leading to a good reputation for 5G network services.
