Studying of endothelioand cardioprotective activity of losartan, hydrochlorothiazide and fixed combination of losartan and hydrochlorothiazide was made in the laboratories of cardiopharmacology scientific research institute of Ecological medicine in experiments on rats. The received results have allowed to determine the expressed correction of endothelial dysfunction in application of the fixed combination of losartan 8 mg/kg and hydrochlorothiazide 2 mg/kg.
