    说明书
    [0001]技术领域
    [0002]本发明涉及电力通信故障定位技术领域,具体涉及一种多芯光缆故障快速定位分析方法。
    [0003]背景技术
    [0004]配电网光缆是电力通信网的组成部分,光缆线路发生故障会引起通信中断,需要尽快找出光缆线路的故障点,并针对故障点进行检修,光缆的故障点检测通常通过光缆检测系统进行,通过检测光源在光缆的分支点或者起点位置输入激光,检测激光在光缆网络不同位置的激光光强,得到激光经过运输之后的衰减数据,并以光缆位置为横坐标、衰减值绘制衰减曲线,在光缆线路出现故障时衰减曲线中衰减值骤然增大的位置点为光缆网络中的故障点。
    [0005]通过上述技术能够准确定位光缆网络的故障点,但是光缆网络分支较多,针对每个分支都进行上述检测过程的话,检测范围大,检测过程中无法有效排除未发生故障的光缆,具有相同光缆分支的不同光缆总线进行检测时对同一光缆分支进行检测,重复检测造成检测效率低下。

    [0052]附图说明

    [0055]图2为本发明实施例中的光缆网络的分支网络路径的示意图;
    [0056]图3为本发明实施例中的第一检测路径的路径示意图。
    [0057]具体实施方式
    [0058]下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
    [0059]如图1所示,本发明提供了一种多芯光缆故障快速定位分析方法,包括以下步骤:
    [0060]步骤100,在光缆网络分支点处及光缆网络首尾端设置光开闭装置、故障检测器,向光缆网络分支点对应的光缆分支线路发出光线,以形成光缆检测分支通道,对光缆检测分支通道进行故障检测,并生成第一故障检测数据;
    [0061]步骤200,基于位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器的光缆信号接收异常情况分配待检测路径集合;
    [0062]步骤300,根据待检测路径集合对应光开闭装置和故障检测器开启,以接收第一故障检测数据并分析得出安全光缆分支集合和故障光缆总线;
    [0063]步骤400,基于故障分支总线和安全光缆分支集合分析得出故障分支预测结果;
    [0064]步骤500,基于故障分支预测结果开启对应光开闭装置和故障检测器,以分析得出初始故障光缆分支;
    [0065]步骤600,基于初始故障光缆分支分析得出故障对应分支点,并且基于故障对应分支点分配若干组以故障对应分支点为首尾点的检验线路;
    [0066]步骤700,根据检验线路开启对应对应光开闭装置和故障检测器,基于检测结果以检验并分析得出最终光缆故障位置。
    [0067]本发明中,根据位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器的光缆信号接收异常情况分配待检测路径集合,待检测路径集合逐渐增大检测范围,根据待检测路径集合控制对应光开闭装置和故障检测器开启,根据第一故障检测数据分析得出安全光缆分支集合和故障光缆总线,分析得出故障分支预测结果,之后对故障分支预测结果检验并分析得出最终光缆故障位置,检测范围逐步扩大来寻找故障光缆总线以及在故障光缆总线中寻找最终光缆故障位置,选区部分分支网络路径进行检测并进一步筛出最终光缆故障位置的放置缩小了待检测光缆的数量和范围,提高了光缆检测效率。
    [0068]其中,光开闭装置采用机械光开关,假设如图2为光缆网络的分支网络路径,其中a、b、c等每个光缆网络分支点处及光缆网络首尾端均安装有光开闭装置,其中每个光缆网络分支点的光开闭装置均能够向对应导通连接的光缆分支路线发出光线。
    [0069]其中,光开闭装置包括第一光线开关和第二光线开关;第一光线开关安装在光缆网络首尾端,第二光线开关安装在光缆网络分支点。
    [0070]上述实施例中,第一光线开关安装在a、b、c、d等光缆的首尾端,第二光线开关安装在e、f、g等光缆网络分支点处,其中s处的光开闭装置能够向ns、os、sx三条光缆分支路线发出光线。
    [0071]在光缆网络正常工作时,位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器对光缆网络自身信号的传输进行实时监测,实际应用过程中也可用其他的检测设备来监测光缆网络的光缆传输情况,在光缆网络出现传输异常时进行光缆故障定位程序。
    [0072]其中,基于位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器的光缆信号接收异常情况分配待检测路径集合,包括:
    [0073]接收位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器的光缆信号接收异常情况;
    [0074]获取光缆网络的分支网络路径,并将以对应异常的光缆网络首尾端为端点的分支网络路径作为第一检测路线。
    [0075]上述实施例中,当位于光缆网络首尾端的故障检测器检测到光缆信号接收异常时,获取对应的分支网络路径,并获取对应的第一检测路线,之后将第一检测路线上的光开闭装置和故障检测器均开启进行对应第一检测路线上每个光缆分支线路的检测。
    [0076]其中,第一检测路线是路径长度在一定范围内的光缆传输路径,也是为了先进行小范围的检测定位。
    [0077]根据待检测路径集合对应光开闭装置和故障检测器开启,以接收第一故障检测数据并分析得出安全光缆分支集合和故障光缆总线,包括:
    [0078]开启第一检测路线上的光开闭装置和故障检测器;
    [0079]根据故障检测器检测结果分析得出第一安全光缆分支和故障光缆总线;
    [0080]若未检测到故障情况,则说明未分析得出故障光缆总线,则以光缆网络首尾端为端点设置第二检测路线;
    [0081]基于第二检测路线开启第二检测路线上的光开闭装置和故障检测器;
    [0082]根据故障检测器检测结果分析得出第二安全光缆分支和故障光缆总线。
    [0083]当上述第一次第一检测路线未寻找出故障光缆总线的情况下,就分布第二检测路线来进行更大范围的故障查找。
    [0084]在实际应用过程中,相邻的光缆网络分支点之间间隔一个单元距离。
    [0085]根据待检测路径集合对应光开闭装置和故障检测器开启,以接收第一故障检测数据并分析得出安全光缆分支集合和故障光缆总线,还包括:
    [0086]设置分配路径阈值为c个单元距离;
    [0087]将存在光缆信号接收异常情况的光缆网络首尾端为端点且对应路径长度为a的分支网络路径作为第一检测路径;
    [0088]将存在光缆信号接收异常情况的光缆网络首尾端为端点且对应路径长度为b的分支网络路径作为第二检测路径;
    [0089]其中,a≤c,b>c。
    [0090]上述实施例中,相邻的两个光缆网络分支点间隔一个单元距离,也就是说,在光缆网络中,c和g之间间隔一个单元距离,4和d之间间隔一个单元距离等,上述步骤中设置的分配路径阈值根据实际情况决定,假设c和d之间的光缆信号传输出现异常,c和d之间的路径存在:cgkoty4d、cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d、cgjnrw3x4d等,其中前三个的路径长度均为7个单元距离,第四的路径长度为9个单元距离,那么可以将c设置为7(实际情况下也可以设置为9等其他数值),将路径长度小于等于9个单元距离的分支网络路径作为第一检测路径,也就是说将cgkoty4d、cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d作为第一检测路线,如图3所示,开启第一检测路线上的光开闭装置和故障检测器。
    [0091]在本发明中,默认一个光缆网络分支点的故障检测器用于检测对应路径相邻光缆网络分支点的光开闭装置的发出光线接收情况,其中,当c处的光开闭装置发出光线,g处的故障检测器就是为了检测c处的光线传输是否异常。
    [0092]本发明中,将上述初步检测的步骤分为两步,两次的检测范围不同且逐渐增大,在实际应用过程中,可将检测步骤设置为3、4等次,逐步增加检测范围(对应地,这种情况下也需要设置多个分配路径阈值,假设检测步骤为3步,则需要设置两个分配路径阈值),寻找到对应的故障光缆总线即停止初步检测步骤。
    [0093]以第一次检测就检测到故障光缆总线为例,第一检测路线检测过程中s处的故障检测器接收到异常信号,ns、os光缆分支线路可能存在问题,在第一检测路线cgkoty4d、cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d中,将涉及到ns、os光缆分支线路的cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d作为故障光缆总线,cgkoty4d中所有的光缆分支线路以及cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d中除去ns、os光缆分支线路的其他光缆分支线路作为第一安全光缆分支。
    [0094]当第一次检测未检测到故障光缆总线,则开启第二次检测,对应分析得出第二安全光缆分支、故障光缆总线的方式与上述过程一致。
    [0095]在上述过程中找到故障分支总线和安全光缆分支集合之后,即进行下一步故障光缆分支的检测。
    [0096]基于故障分支总线和安全光缆分支集合分析得出故障分支预测结果;
    [0097]基于故障分支预测结果开启对应光开闭装置和故障检测器,以分析得出初始故障光缆分支;
    [0098]包括:
    [0099]获取故障分支总线和安全光缆分支集合;
    [0100]排除故障分支总线中的第一安全光缆分支、第二安全光缆分支,得出故障分支预测结果;
    [0101]根据故障分支预测结果开启故障分支预测结果上的光开闭装置和故障检测器;
    [0102]根据故障检测器的检测结果得出至少一个初始故障光缆分支。
    [0103]其中,cgkoty4d中所有的光缆分支线路以及cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d中除去ns、os光缆分支线路的其他光缆分支线路作为第一安全光缆分支,(上述情况未进行第二次检测因此无需考虑第二安全光缆分支的情况),cgkosx4d、cgjnsx4d作为故障光缆总线,除去对应的第一安全光缆分支之后,得出ns、os光缆分支线路为故障分支预测结果,开启ns、os光缆上的光开闭装置和故障检测器,在n光缆网络分支点处,接收s的光开闭装置发出的光线进行分析,在s光缆网络分支点处,接收n、o发出的光线进行分析,在o处,接收s发出的光线进行分析。
    [0104]假设在n光缆网络分支点处,接收s的光开闭装置发出的光线进行分析的结果异常,则得出ns为初始故障光缆分支的结果。
    [0105]基于初始故障光缆分支分析得出故障对应分支点,包括:
    [0106]获取初始故障光缆分支的首尾点,将其标记为故障对应分支点。
    [0107]当分析得出ns为初始故障光缆分支之后,获取ns的首尾点n、s作为故障对应分支点。
    [0108]在分析得出故障对应分支点之后,进行故障位置的检验。
    [0109]其中,基于故障对应分支点分配若干组以故障对应分支点为首尾点的检验线路,包括:
    [0110]获取光缆网络的分支网络路径;
    [0111]将以故障对应分支点作为首尾点的分支网络路径作为检验线路。
    [0112]由于光缆网络的分支网络路径错综复杂,在实际应用过程中,可选取部分以故障对应分支点作为首尾点的分支网络路径作为检验线路,假设n、s为故障对应分支点,则可以将njgkos、njgkoty4xs作为检验线路。
    [0113]获取检验线路之后,根据检验线路开启对应对应光开闭装置和故障检测器,基于检测结果以检验并分析得出最终光缆故障位置,包括:
    [0114]开启检验线路上的光开闭装置和故障检测器;
    [0115]当故障检测器检测结果异常数据为0个时,分析得出对应光缆故障分支为最终光缆故障位置;
    [0116]当故障检测器检测结果异常数据为一个时,分析得出对应光缆故障分支点为最终光缆故障位置。
    [0117]上述实施例中,将njgkos、njgkoty4xs作为检验线路,开启检验线路上的光开闭装置和故障检测器,假设检验路线njgkos、njgkoty4xs无检测结果异常情况,则分析得出光缆故障分支ns即为最终光缆故障位置,假设检验路线njgkos或者njgkoty4xs中jn出现检测结果异常数据,则判定光缆故障分支点n为最终光缆故障位置,假设检验路线njgkoty4xs中xs出现检测结果异常数据,则判定光缆故障分支点s为最终光缆故障位置。
    [0118]本发明中,根据初始故障光缆分支也可以设置额外的检验线路,根据初始故障光缆分支得出故障对应分支点,根据故障对应分支点作为首尾点的分支网络路径和初始故障光缆分支的总和作为检验线路。
    [0119]这种情况下,根据检验线路开启检验线路上的光开闭装置和故障检测器;根据故障检测器检测结果异常数据为1个的情况,分析得出对应光缆故障分支为最终光缆故障位置;根据故障检测器检测结果异常数据为多个且出现异常的光缆故障分支存在共同的端点的情况,分析得出对应光缆故障分支点为最终光缆故障位置。
    [0120]也就是说,分析得出ns为初始故障光缆分支之后,n、s为故障对应分支点,则可以将njgkosn、njgkoty4xsn作为检验线路,这种情况下的检验线路作为一个闭合回路,开启检验线路上的光开闭装置和故障检测器,假设检验路线njgkosn、njgkoty4xsn中ns段出现检测结果异常,则分析得出光缆故障分支ns即为最终光缆故障位置,假设检验路线njgkos或者njgkoty4xs中jn、ns出现检测结果异常数据,则判定光缆故障分支点n为最终光缆故障位置,假设检验路线njgkoty4xs中xs、ns出现检测结果异常数据,则判定光缆故障分支点s为最终光缆故障位置。
    [0121]当ns无问题、检验线路无问题时,重新开启检验程序,上述检测方式准确率更高,也能够避免前述检测过程中ns出现检测故障的问题,实现了对ns的重复检测。
