    [0001]一种无线接入网中特服呼叫的接入方法
    [0002]技术领域
    [0003]本发明涉及无线接入网技术领域,特别是指一种无线接入网中特服呼叫的接入方法。
    [0004]背景技术
    [0005]图1为无线接入网络结构图,无线接入网络中的无线接入控制器(RAC)通过V5接口与交换机(LE)相连;并通过基站(BS)接入移动终端(MS),实现将MS接入PSTNLE,其应用包括无线市话(PHS)等。支持拨打像110,119等特殊号码的特服呼叫是所有电话网络的一项基本功能。对于无线接入网而言,此项功能要求不论呼叫终端是否有效或者是否合法,只要MS能接入基站,都必须能接入交换机实现特服呼叫业务。例如,一个移动网络CDMA用户在一风景区旅游,看到一场森林大火,若此移动网络并未覆盖此风景区,但有一个本地的CDMA无线接入网,如PHS网络,恰恰覆盖了此风景区,这时就要求这个本地CDMA无线接入网也能接入所述移动网络用户进行特服呼叫,否则带来的灾难不堪设想。也就是说,要求无线接入网能够支持其他网络甚至非法的同类型终端用户的特服呼叫。
    [0006]一般情况下,一个无线接入网络只支持该接入网内合法用户的特服呼叫。无线接入网上配置的用户号码为交换机所分配的合法号码,因此这些号码在接入网都是合法用户,并且在接入网中,直接根据用户号码对应的V5用户端口信息建立V5接口承载链路,将用户接入交换机。对于非法用户的呼叫,由于非法终端在接入网内没有合法用户标志,也就没有对应的V5端口信息,导致在接入网与本地交换机之间无法分配业务链路,使得这类用户在无线接入网内拨打特服呼叫时被拒绝。因此,非法终端由于无法建立到交换机的连接,所以无法拨打特服呼叫。
    [0007]目前,实现非网内合法用户的特服业务呼叫的接入方法为在V5接口提供预连接,即在LE内为基于呼叫的交换连接,在V5接口和AN则预先建立连接通路,来实现对特服业务的支持。实现预连接,除了在无线接入网中设置特服号码表、标明用户号码和V5用户端口信息关系的V5用户信息配置表,还需要预先分配V5接口和LE所使用的链路,即预先创建与接入网的一些连接通路,以供无法创建连接的特服呼叫使用。在非网内合法用户呼叫时,接入网根据特服号码表和被叫号码分析出是特服呼叫后,使用预先建立的预连接将该用户接入LE,实现特服呼叫。预连接分配好的链路不能参与再分配,只能固定用于特服呼叫,一般来说特服呼叫话务量较少,所以导致这部分链路资源使用率低。当提供预连接承载通路的E1故障,只能在同一个V5接口内的其他正常的E1另建一条通路进行恢复,而不能跨V5接口,因此,预连接方式的故障自我恢复功能也有限。
    [0008]发明内容
    [0009]有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种无线接入网中特服呼叫的接入方法,使可以不基于预连接的方式实现特服呼叫功能,从而避免链路资源的预先占用,使链路资源使用更合理。
    [0010]实现本发明,需要在无线接入网中设置特服号码表、标明用户号码和V5用户端口信息关系的V5用户信息配置表,还需要设置预留号码数据表,标明每个V5接口和一个及一个以上预留号码的对应关系;预留号码属于V5用户信息配置表中的用户号码,平均分配在每个V5接口上;还包括以下步骤:
    [0011]A、无线接入网接收到移动终端MS的呼叫后,根据特服号码表分析被叫号码,判断该呼叫是否为特服呼叫,若是则执行步骤B,否则退出本流程;
    [0012]B、在预留号码数据表中选取一个V5接口下状态为空闲的预留号码,在V5用户信息配置表中获取与该预留号码对应的V5用户端口信息,并将此预留号码状态由空闲态置为忙态;
    [0013]C、无线接入网根据所述预留号码对应的V5用户端口信息建立与交换机LE之间的V5接口承载链路;
    [0014]D、无线接入网建立与MS之间的空中接口业务通路,并根据所述建立的与LE之间的V5接口承载链路,建立MS到LE之间的连接。
    [0015]其中,步骤D后进一步包括:MS特服呼叫结束后,无线接入网释放所述建立的与LE之间的V5接口承载链路,并将此特服业务过程所申请使用的预留号码数据表中的预留号码状态置为空闲态。
    [0016]其中,所述预留号码数据表中,所述的预留号码平均分配在每个V5接口上。
    [0017]其中,该方法进一步包括:在无线接入网中配置为预留号码的电话号码在LE上配置为不计费。
    [0018]其中,步骤A中在无线接入网接收到MS的呼叫后进一步包括:判断该消息是否携带紧急呼叫标志GECI,且该GECI值是否有效,若是,则直接执行步骤B;否则,继续根据特服号码表分析被叫号码判断该呼叫是否为特服呼叫。
    [0019]其中,步骤B所述选取一个V5接口下状态为空闲的预留号码的步骤包括:
    [0020]A1、判断选取的V5接口状态是否正常,是,则执行步骤B1,否则执行步骤D1;
    [0021]B1、在所述V5接口对应的预留号码中查找空闲的预留号码,若查找到空闲的预留号码,执行步骤C1,否则执行步骤D1;
    [0022]C1、选取查找到的空闲预留号码,并将当前V5接口号的下一个V5接口号输出,作为下次选取V5接口时的首选,结束;其中,预留号码表中的V5接口号成环状排列;
    [0023]D1、判断所有V5接口是否查询完毕,若是则结束,否则,取当前V5接口号的下一个V5接口号,并返回步骤A1。
    [0024]由上述方法可以看出,本发明提供的在无线接入网中特服呼叫的接入方法,实现即使是无效和非法的无线终端也可接入无线接入网内进行特服呼叫;同时,由于未采用预连接方式,因此用于特服呼叫的链路在空闲时可分配给其他一般呼叫使用,提高了接入网与交换机之间的承载链路使用效率,使链路资源使用更合理。
    [0025]在各V5接口平均分配预留号码,以及选择V5接口预留号码时采用平均选取算法,可以在各个V5接口平均分担特服呼叫,更重要的是,在出现一个或多个V5接口故障时也能保证特服呼叫业务,使特服呼叫的容错性更强。从另一个角度说,在接入网连接多个交换机的情况下,可以在各交换机之间实现特服业务的负荷分担和保护,实现跨接口的自动保护功能,提高了特服呼叫的可靠性。
    [0026]附图说明
    [0027]图1为无线接入网络结构图。
    [0028]图2为预留号码数据表结构图。
    [0029]图3为特服呼叫流程图。
    [0030]图4为预留号码选取流程图。
    [0031]具体实施方式
    [0032]本发明提供了一种无线接入网中特服呼叫的接入方法,在接入网与交换机之间通过预留号码来动态分配特服呼叫的承载通路,实现即使是无效和非法的无线终端也可接入无线接入网内拨打特服呼叫;并且,用于特服呼叫的链路在空闲时可分配给其他一般呼叫使用。
    [0033]本发明需要在接入网侧配置特服号码表和V5用户信息配置表外,还需要配置预留号码数据表。
    [0034]其中,特服号码表保存有特服号码,用于接入网对终端拨打的被叫号码进行分析,以确定呼叫是否为特服呼叫。判断一个号码是否为特服号码,就是在特服号码表中查询是否存在相同的号码记录。其中,特服号码表的结构如下表1所示:其中特服号码长度(PhoneNumberLength)用于指示后面的特服号码(PhoneNumber)的有效位数。
    [0035]InformationElement(信元)IELength(长度)IEName(名字)PhoneNumberLength1byte特服号码长度PhoneNumber32bytes特服号码
    [0036]InformationElement(信元)
    [0037]表1
    [0038]在接入网中,所有生效的V5接口都在LE交换机中配置有属于此接口的一批电话号码,将接入网所有V5接口归属的这些电话号码称为一个号码资源池,本发明中,在此号码资源池内预留一部分电话号码作为预留号码,这部分预留号码在接入网内不分配给具体的无线终端用户使用,专门为特服呼叫业务使用。为保证所有预留号码不拥挤在同一个V5接口,在接入网所有V5接口中平均分配这些预留号码,这样分配预留号码不仅可以在各个LE平均负荷特服呼叫,并且平均分配可使特服呼叫的容错性更强。具体在一个RAC上分配多少个预留号码给特服业务,可根据此RAC的特服业务话务量来增删分配的预留号码个数进行调整。
    [0039]这里,预留号码数据表用来标明V5接口和预留号码的关系,包括V5接口表和预留号码表,参见图2示出的关系图:其中n受RAC所支持最大V5接口数的限制,m为每个V5接口支持最大的预留号码数。图中虚线箭头示出了V5接口表与预留号码表间的对应关系,第i排预留号码对应于V5接口i。
    [0040]其中,V5接口表的结构如表2所示:Status代表V5接口状态,这里取值0和1,0代表接口正常,1代表接口故障。
    [0041]InformationElement(信元)IELength(长度)IEName(名字)V5ID1byteV5接口号Status1byteV5接口状态
    [0042]InformationElement(信元)
    [0043]表2
    [0044]预留号码表的结构如表3所述:占用标志(UsedFlag)代表此预留号码占用状态,取值0和1,0表示号码未被占用,代表空闲态,1表示号码已被占用,代表忙态。
    [0045]InformationElement(信元)IELength(长度)IEName(名字)PhoneNumberLength1byte号码长度PhoneNumber32bytes预留号码UsedFlag1byte占用标志
    [0046]InformationElement(信元)
    [0047]表3
    [0048]另外,根据特服呼叫不计费原则,还需要将接入网中配置为预留号码的电话号码在LE配置为不计费。
    [0049]在进行了上述配置后,在对于本网络为非法用户,即没有合法用户身份标识的用户来说,便可以通过本发明提供的方法使非法用户也可以在无线接入网中拨打特服呼叫。下面参见图3示出的流程图,以一个终端呼叫特服号码119为例,对本发明的方法进行详细说明:
    [0050]步骤301:移动终端MS拨打特服号码,通过接入信道向BS发始呼消息(OriginationMessage);该消息包含移动终端的IMSI、所拨的被叫号码119,还可以包含紧急呼叫标志(GECI,GlobalEmergencyCallIndication)。
    [0051]步骤302:BS接收到OriginationMessage后,将之透明传输给RAC。
    [0052]步骤303:RAC收到OriginationMessage消息后,根据该消息中携带的GECI标志与被叫号码,分析此呼叫是否为特服呼叫,若是则执行步骤304,否则退出本流程。
    [0053]在本步骤中,分析此呼叫是否为特服呼叫时,首先判断该消息是否携带有GECI标志,且该标志的值是否为1----表示有效,若是,则呼叫为特服呼叫;否则,进一步判断该消息携带的被叫号码是否为特服号码,即判断该被叫号码是否在特服号码表中存在,若存在,则呼叫为特服呼叫,其他情况则表明呼叫不是特服呼叫。
    [0054]步骤304:判断为特服呼叫后,根据预留号码平均选取算法,在预留号码数据表中选取一个V5接口下空闲的预留号码,然后,根据此号码在接入网上的V5用户信息配置表中获取对应的V5用户端口信息,并将此预留号码状态由空闲态置为忙态,即置相应UsedFlag=1。其中,预留号码平均选取算法在后面进行了详细的说明。
    [0055]步骤305:RAC与LE间根据选取的预留号码对应的V5用户端口信息,建立V5接口承载链路。其中,该过程与现有技术下建立V5接口承载链路的过程相同,是标准的链路建立过程,具体可参考V5PSTN协议。
    [0056]步骤306:在建立V5接口承载链路成功后,RAC向BS下发指配请求消息(AssignmentRequest),请求建立BS与MS之间的空中接口业务通路。
    [0057]步骤307:当BS与MS之间空中接口业务通路建立成功后,BS会向RAC上报指配完成消息(AssignmentComplete),此时MS与LE之间业务链路搭建完毕,便可使MS接入LE进行特服呼叫。
    [0058]步骤308:然后,RAC在这个搭建好的链路上模拟固定终端向LE发送被叫号码119,具体的说是模拟固定终端向LE发送双音多频或脉冲信号,传送被叫号码119。
    [0059]步骤309:LE接收到RAC发送的被叫号码后,通过已经搭建好的链路向MS放回铃音,在被叫应答后,便实现了该MS的特服呼叫。
    [0060]当该MS的特服呼叫结束后,RAC释放流程不仅要释放建立的连接链路,还要将此特服业务过程所申请使用的预留号码的占用状态释放掉,置为空闲态,即置相应UsedFlag=0。这样,以上特服呼叫使用的连接链路在空闲时,便可以提供给一般的呼叫使用。
    [0061]在步骤304中,采用预留号码平均选取算法可以将一个RAC内的特服呼叫业务平均负荷到此RAC的多个V5接口中。其基本思想是在一个V5接口中选取了一预留号码用于特服呼叫,下一次特服呼叫将从另外一个正常的V5接口中选取预留号码。该算法中,传入参数为V5接口号,表示当前取预留号码的V5接口,输出一个空闲预留号码和下一个取预留号码的V5接口,作为返回的操作结果。下面参见图4示出的流程图,对该算法进行详细说明。
    [0062]步骤401:根据V5接口表中选取的V5接口号对应的Status字段取值判断当前V5接口是否正常,若正常,则执行下一步,否则执行步骤404。其中,V5接口表中记录的Status字段由RAC系统实时地根据各V5接口实际状态进行更新与校正。
    [0063]步骤402:在此V5接口对应的预留号码表查找空闲的预留号码,即查找UsedFlag值为0的预留号码,查找到空闲的预留号码后,执行步骤403,若在该表中未查到,则执行步骤404。
    [0064]步骤403:输出找到的空闲预留号码,并输出下一个V5接口号,即V5接口表记录的下一个V5ID,作为下次选取时首先选取的V5接口,并结束。其中,V5接口号首尾相接环形排列。
    [0065]步骤404:判断V5接口表查询是否完毕,即判断V5接口号是否查询了一圈,若是,则结束,否则取下一个V5接口号,并返回步骤401。
    [0066]通过以上V5接口预留号码平均选取算法,实现了特服呼叫在所有V5接口负荷的平均分担,并能保证一个或多个V5接口故障也不影响特服呼叫业务,只要有一个V5接口正常,特服呼叫仍能正常进行。
    [0067]以上描述的无线接入网特服呼叫的接入方法,可以认为是基于预留号码来实现的,实际上也可以认为是基于V5用户端口信息,因为预留号码与V5用户端口信息是一一对应的。这里选取电话号码可以使配置更直观,更方便,更易于用户接受,是较佳的实施例。
    [0068]以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
