新时代下高职的发展拥有机会的同时也面临着挑战.面对高职院校教师能提升、教学内容标准化、教学方法多样化等需求和问题,从理念、制度和方法上将岗课赛证互相融合,构建"岗证结合,课赛融通"的课程体系,打造"岗赛并行、多元认证"的教学团队,开发"形式多样,内容落地"的教学资源.通过人才培养模式的创新来提升高职院校毕业生的质量,培养更多符合新时代要求的数字创意高职人才.

为适应动漫行业人才需求和高职学生学习特点,在高职动漫制作技术专业课程改革与建设中,构建了项目化课程体系,对专业核心课程进行了项目化改造,推动了教育教学改革从外延向内涵转变,对提高人才培养质量具有明显的促进作用.

本文研究了国内外高校与当地产业对接的理论与实践,汇总了保定市高校与当地产业的对接现状,并对加强保定市与当地高校的对接策略进行了研究。

2008年国家动漫产业发展基地在保定挂牌,如何推进保定动漫产业持续快速健康发展,成为保定面临的紧迫课题。本文在分析了保定动漫产业发展的现状、具有的优势、面临的问题后,提出了要科学认识保定动漫产业发展,整合各种资源,形成发展动力,宏观微观并举,充分调动各方积极性,多层面搞活的发展对策思路。

河北软件职业技术学院与当地政府、企业共同建设了动漫专业群生产性实训基地——保定动漫产业园,实现了校内生产性实训基地与地方产业基地建设、学院实践教学与企业生产经营的有机结合,促进了人才培养模式改革、双师教学团队建设和大学生就业,实现了生产性实训基地建设的机制突破。

产学合作、工学结合是提高高等职业教育人才培养质量的有效途径。河北软件职业技术学院动漫专业群产学合作工作深入学习有关文件,提高认识,积极探讨产学合作的有效机制,大力实施全面开放战略,取得显著办学成就。今后应进一步提高教学质量,注重职业道德和敬业精神培养,完善制度建设,在各部门大力配合协助下,把产学合作推向深入。

Along with the progress of technical and the fast development of society,people's life style has huge changed.The demand for computer multimedia talents becomes larger.However,there are many problems in the teacher and the equipment as well as the educational model which the computer multimedia specialized talented person needs.This situation restricts the quality of the talented person seriously.Through the long-term educational reform and the practice process,the author has carried on the analysis and the summary to the specialized construction and certain questions in the educational reform.
