应用超低温(-196℃)手段保存甜槠种子,通过对甜储种子离体胚超低温保存后脱氢酶活性的方差分析和Q检验法多重比较分析,对其长期保存的可行性进行研究,结果表明:含水量是影响甜槠种子离体胚超低温保存的重要因素,超低温保存应进行适度脱水、无防冻剂预处理,在20%含水量,缓冻缓解方式条件下,离体胚脱氢酶活性最高.
The results showed that both the seed buding rate and activity kept the relative high level,the cell membrance kept the relatively high integrality,α-amylase,dehydrogenase activities and breath intensities were relatively high when Crytomeria fortunei seed moisture decreased to 4%,Fokienia hodginsii seed moisture decreased to 5%,which could be found that 4 % and 5% were the most suitable ultra-dry moisture rate for C.fortunei and F.hodginsii seed preservations.
对南平市郊林场封山育林近熟期不同坡位闽粤栲群落凋落物持水量与其结构关系进行了定量分析.结果表明:每公顷凋落物干重、每公顷凋落物持水量均与乔木层和群落优势度呈显著正相关关系,均与灌木层优势度呈显著负相关关系,均与草本层优势度关系不密切,均与乔木、灌木和草本层(各层)和群落物种数、香农-威纳指数、均匀度指数和生态优势度(物种多样性指数)关系不密切;每吨凋落物持水量与乔木层物种数、香农-威纳指数、均匀度指数呈显著正相关关系,与乔木层生态优势度呈显著负相关关系,与灌木层、草本层和群落物种多样性指数之间关系不密切,与各层和群落优势度关系不密切.
在调查不同海拔资源空间的杉木天然混交林170块样地的基础上,采用生态位空间分割法与Lotka-Volterra竞争模型,分析杉木与主要的19个伴生树种的生态位和竞争关系.结果表明:在杉木天然混交林中,杉木和伴生树种的生态位宽度与生态位重叠既有较大的也有较小的.不同伴生树种与杉木的竞争结局是不一样的,从现阶段杉木与伴生树种的最终竞争结局来看,可认为该群落中杉木与伴生树种的种间关系离稳定阶段尚有一定距离.
分别用杉木、木荷、丝栗栲、马尾松枝叶不同浓度水浸液处理杉木6年后测定其各器官的生物量及其分配.结果表明丝栗栲、马尾松、木荷水浸液处理杉木6年后,各器官的生物量有不同程度的提高,随着浓度加大其促进作用增强,在低浓度时有利于皮、枝和枯枝落叶生物量分配率,高浓度时有利于叶、根、干的生物量分配率;杉木水浸液处理杉木6年后,各器官生物量有不同程度的降低,随着浓度加大其抑制作用增强,在低浓度时有利于叶、皮、根、枝和干等各器官生物量分配率,高浓度时有利于枯枝落叶生物量分配率.
The categorization of different habitat types was done with principal component analysis and dynamical clustering based on parameters of the habitat. In addition, the quantitative characteristics of tree organization in Chinese fir and broad-leaved forests in different habitat types were analyzed. The results showed that: the characteristics of main parameters of habitat were distinctly different in different habitat and the dominant species and relative importance values were also different. The total number of species, species diversity, and community evenness of tree organization were different. The influence of altitude on the total number of species and on their ecological dominance was highly significant. Slope-exposure influenced the number of unit more significantly in certain degree. Altitude and slope-exposure had no influence on the ecological dominance of trees in different habitats. The protection of diversity in Chinese-fir and broad-leaved mixed forest in different habitats should be emphasized.
应用层次分析方法对21种潜在的多用途杉木伴生树种从经济、生态及可行性3方面出发,采用22个因素评价,进行选择.结果表明:在前7名的适宜多用途什生树种有:马尾松、丝栗栲、毛竹、木荷、苦槠、上杭锥、三年桐,为筛选多用途伴生树种提供新途径.
Set pair analysis is a systematic analysis method, which makes study on same-different-opposite quantity analysis. In this paper, the method is applied for the selection of associated tree species. The conclusion from the example shows the method suits for practical production.
