随着围产医学的发展,产妇的心理保健已成为围产保健中一项不可忽视的内容,产后焦虑、抑郁问题已日益受到重视[1].产褥期抑郁症是指产妇在产褥期内出现抑郁症状,是产褥期精神综合征中最常见的一种类型[2].本研究对在本院分娩的143例产后1周内产妇和100例产后42 d来本院保健门诊进行检查的产妇进行抑郁心理调查和分析,旨在预防和及早发现产后抑郁,为临床制定护理干预对策提供依据.

To identify risks existed in obstetric department, to carry out causative analysis and make out corresponding strategies to risk management,so as to guide nurses to avoid nursing risk and to ensure nursing safety.Both the risk consciousness and service consciousness of nurses were enhanced.Nursing quality and satisfaction of patients were improved.Nursing risk management in obstetric department can reduce nursing disputes and ensure the safety of nursing work.
