This study aims to construct user portrait of elderly people's smartphone usage from the perspective of the new media digital divide,explore the behavioral habits and demand characteristics of different elderly groups in smartphone usage,and provide more precise services for each segmented group.This is crucial for improving the quality of life of the elderly and addressing the challenges of an aging society.Based on questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,primary data are collected to construct a user portrait labeling system that encompasses social interaction,leisure and entertainment,and digital life functions of smartphones.Factor analysis and K-Means clustering methods are employed to conduct empirical analysis on the surveyed data.According to the user portrait labeling features,elderly smartphone users can be categorized into five groups:traditional lifestyle,basic application-oriented,mobile payment-cautious,pragmatic,and technology-embracing.By exploring the typical characteristics of each segmented group,more personalized and targeted service strategies are proposed,which can actively promote the resolution of the digital divide faced by the elderly.

Product idea is crucial to enterprises' innovation.Based on 1205 small business samples,this study attempts to explore the impact of executives' functional background,their product idea and the matching between the two on firm performance.The empirical results show that the intra-firm product idea has a positive impact on firm performance.In addition,executives' production engaging background and government working experience also show a positive impact on firm performance.Furthermore,a matching between government working experience and the intra-firm idea can improve firm performance.The study suggests executives to predict and appraise firm performance during the early phase of a product idea.

电动自行车送货人群是电子商务和物流业快速发展在交通中的新产物,不仅顺应了绿色出行的要求,也很好地解决了物流配送的“最后一公里”问题.由于送货人员出行频率高、骑行速度快、送货时间紧迫,违章行为极为普遍.本文通过设计调查问卷,收集送货人员个人属性、骑行特性、风险感知、骑行偏好、闯红灯和分心行为意向的数据.基于计划行为理论,从心理行为角度,构建送货人员不安全行为意向的多层回归模型,揭示其不安全行为的产生作用机理,并提出针对性的安全提升策略.

根据济南市2011年的出行数据,研究了该市城市购物出发时间的分布特性.采用生存分析方法,建立城市购物出发时间的持续时间模型.运用非参数方法,对购物出发的持续时间进行估计,讨论了城市购物出行的时间分布和家庭社会经济属性变量对购物出发时间的影响.结果表明,总体样本的5.4%在7:00之前出发购物,69.7%在7:00~10:00出发购物,在10:00之后出发购物的少于24.9%.性别、年龄和家庭中儿童的数量对购物出发时间的选择有着显著的影响.女性比男性购物出发早,老年人更易在非高峰期进行购物出行,没有儿童的家庭购物出行在时间上更加灵活.本研究为购物出行的定量研究提供了准确、有效的分析工具,也对通过动态价格机制控制交通拥堵有重要意义.
根据北京市二环快速路的交通流数据,研究了城市道路交通拥堵持续时间的分布特性.采用生存分析方法,建立基于风险的交通拥堵持续时间模型,运用非参数方法对交通拥堵的持续时间进行估计,并对其时空分布规律进行了研究.结果表明二环各路段的拥堵持续时间70%在4 min以内,89%在12 min之内;当拥堵持续时间超过12 min之后拥堵结束的可能性小于10%.工作日比双休日更容易发生拥堵;早高峰比晚高峰更容易发生拥堵,且当拥堵发生的前提下早高峰的拥堵持续时间更长;内环比外环更容易发生拥堵,但外环的拥堵持续时间更长;二环的4个方向上,西二环最容易发生拥堵,北二环的拥堵持续时间最长.
To determine how bus stop design influences mixed traffic operation near Chinese bus stops, a new theoretical method was developed by using additive-conflict-flows procedure. The procedure was extended from homogeneous traffic flow to mixed traffic flow. Based on the procedure and queuing theory, car capacity and speed models were proposed for three types of bus stops including curbside, bus bay and bicycle detour. The effects of various combinations of bus stop type, traffic volume, bus dwell time, and berth number on traffic operations were investigated. The results indicate that traffic volume, bus dwell time and berth number have negative effects on traffic operations for any type of bus stops. For different types of bus stops, at car volumes above approximately 200 vehicles per hour, the bus bay and bicycle detour designs provide more benefits than the curbside design. As traffic volume increases, the benefit firstly increases in uncongested conditions and then decreases in congested conditions. It reaches the maximum at car volumes nearly 1 100 vehicles per hour. The results can be used to aid in the selection of a preferred bus stop design for a given traffic volume in developing countries.
To investigate bicyclists’ behavior at unsignalized intersections with mixed traffic flow,a bicycle capacity model of borrowed-priority merge was developed by the addition-conflict-flow procedure.Based on the actual traffic situation,the concept of borrowed priority,in which the major-road bicycles borrow the priority of major-road cars to enter the intersections when consecutive headway for major-steam cars is lower than the critical gap for minor-road cars,was addressed.Bicycle capacity at a typical unsignalized intersection is derived by the addition-conflict-flow procedure.The proposes model was validated by the empirical investigation.Numerical results show that bicycle capacity at an intersection is the function of major-road and minor-road car streams.Bicycle capacity increases with increasing major-road cars but decreases with increasing minor-road cars.
