Technical and social services with the main content of vocational training, community education, lifelong learning service, and support for small, medium and micro enterprises technological transformation and innovation, product development, transfer and transformation of technological innovation achievements are the requirements of the times for higher vocational colleges to serve regional economic construction. However, the teachers in higher vocational colleges have some problems such as low ability and low average amount of service to adapt to the requirements of technical service and social service. By sorting out the supporting policies for technical and social services of teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzing the shortcomings of current policies, and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions of supporting policies for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges, it can provide a good system environment for teachers in higher vocational colleges and encourage them to carry out technical and social services.

从产业化视角系统论述高职院校技术技能人才培养中的专业设置、教学改革、师资队伍建设等与产业转型升级的密切联系,以近4 年的《高等职业教育质量年度报告》为主要数据来源,以山东省高职院校作为样本分析对象,围绕专业建设、毕业生就业质量、师资队伍建设和产教融合校企合作等维度进行系统探究,在此基础上分析我国高职院校技术技能人才培养现状与存在的问题,提出充分发挥市场的资源配置作用,优化教学活动的要素与过程,为高职院校进一步提升技术技能人才培养工作提供实践参考.

Female college students in higher vocational colleges are the main force of female skilled talents in the new era, and improving the self-confidence level of poor female college students in higher vocational colleges is the necessary prerequisite to help women become talents in the new era. An experiment of 3（homogeneous group, heterogeneous group and control group） times 2（pre-test ＆ post-test） is conducted. Through 8 times of group counseling intervention, confidence level of the students in question has a significant rise. The introduction of the heterogeneous group of poor students adds new perspective to the psychological group counseling study. Grouping of subjects follow the principle of voluntariness. The test result of control group of students with higher confidence shows that it is essential for vocational colleges to fully exert the influence of the minority peers with higher confidence level, thus helping promote the confidence of the majority of poor female college students with lower confidence.

教师是高职院校实现社会服务职能的重要主体.针对高职教师在开展社会服务过程以及在社会服务能力提升方面存在的问题,梳理分析社会服务的相关国家政策,通过提炼2017-2020年东、中、西部15个省份的高职院校的横向技术服务、纵向科研经费、技术交易、非学历培训和公益性培训服务等指标来分析全国高职院校服务社会的发展现状,并具体分析山东高职教师社会服务能力现状及存在问题,提出完善机制—改变认知—搭建平台—组建团队—双重孵化的高职教师社会服务能力提升路径.

大学生创业及创业教育方兴未艾.从实践视角分析,大学生创业素质包含身心素质、创业动机、抗挫折能力和创业基本知识积累等,大学生创业能力包含领导能力、沟通协作能力和商业止损能力等.基于对大学生创业素质和能力的研究,建议大学生创业教育必须与人才培养相结合,注意分类培养,在开展创业实践时补足商业止损可能,提升大学生创业的抗风险能力.
