Values can hardly be traceable for fixed-optics near infrared spectrometers at present.With an analysis on the structure and working principles of such spectrometers,we proposed principles of the specifications traceability,analyzed the specifications required being controlled by meterage,and put forward the cahbration methods for all specifications based on interference filters and neutral density filters as standard instrument Experimental results show that this proposal can realize metrological calibration of fixed-optics near infrared spectrometers,and solve the problem of traceability.
