The sustainable development of regional higher education is closely related to the level of regional economic development. There is a close interdependence between higher education and economic development. Based on data from 31 provinces in China in 2022, this study uses the entropy method to construct an evaluation index system to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between the regional economy and the development of higher education, as well as the social network effects presented by various regional cities. The results indicate the following: (1) there is a trend of a more coordinated relationship between economic development and the development of higher education in the eastern region compared to the western region, exhibiting a pattern of “higher in the east and lower in the west”; and (2) the economic development and the scale of higher education in East China and Central China are coordinated, and some provinces have played a role in bridging and internal and external linkages in the spatial network effect, economic development, and the scale of higher education in some provinces in Northwest and Southwest China to moderate the imbalance and weak internal and external linkages in the spatial network. Exploring the compatibility between the scale and structure of higher education and economic development is not only of guiding significance for promoting the regional layout and development of higher education in China, but also has an important reference value for economic structural adjustment and transformation.
With the accelerating globalization and rapid development of science and technology, scientific collaboration has become a key driver of knowledge production, yet its patterns vary significantly across disciplines. This study aims to explore the disciplinary differences in scholars’ scientific collaboration patterns and their underlying mechanisms. Data were collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, covering papers from four disciplines: mathematics, mechanical engineering, philosophy, and sociology. Using social network analysis, we examined core network metrics (degree centrality, neighbor connectivity, clustering coefficient) in collaboration networks, analyzed collaboration patterns across scholars of different academic ages, and compared the academic age distribution of collaborators and network characteristics across career stages. Key findings include the following. (1) Mechanical engineering exhibits the highest and most stable clustering coefficient (mean 0.62) across all academic ages, reflecting tight team collaboration, with degree centrality increasing fastest with academic age (3.2 times higher for senior vs. beginner scholars), driven by its reliance on experimental resources and skill division. (2) Philosophy shows high degree centrality in early career stages (mean 0.38 for beginners) but a sharp decline in clustering coefficient in senior stages (from 0.42 to 0.17), indicating broad early collaboration but loose later ties due to individualized knowledge production. (3) Mathematics scholars prefer collaborating with high-centrality peers (higher neighbor connectivity, mean 0.51), while sociology shows more inclusive collaboration with dispersed partner centrality.
现有研究多从高校内部组织机构视角探讨大学技术转移办公室、科技园模式对高校专利技术转移的影响,忽视了外部市场化运营知识产权服务机构对高校专利技术转移的重要作用.鉴于此,基于技术转移理论模型和知识活动系统全息性理论,运用程序化扎根理论研究法对 24 家组织机构的深度访谈数据进行逐级编码分析.研究发现:知识产权服务对高校专利技术转移的影响机理包括职业技能服务—专利质量—高校专利技术转移绩效、商业运营服务—关系质量—高校专利技术转移绩效、增值业务服务—转移素养—高校专利技术转移绩效 3 条影响路径和一项政策环境的调节作用,由此打开知识产权服务与高校专利技术转移作用关系的理论"黑箱",对于促进知识产权服务业发展和高校专利技术转移具有重要指导意义.
Existing studies have emphasized the crucial role of intellectual property services (IPS) in the advancement of science and technology, but there was still a lack of a valid scale for assessing IPS. Accordingly, this study aimed to develop a reliable instrument to fill this gap. A three-step process of scale development was described: item generation through grounded theory research (n = 14), scale development through exploratory factor analysis (n = 219) and scale assessment through confirmatory factor analysis (n = 191). By analyzing and coding the interview data drawn from IPS agencies in China, the study verified that IPS could be represented as a three-dimensional construct consisting of vocational skills services (VSS), commercial operation services (COS), and value-added business services (VBS). The subsequent exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to test and modify the IPS scale with 11 items was shown to have acceptable internal consistency reliability, as well as convergent and discriminant validity. The IPS scale could serve as an operational tool for IPS practitioners to measure and identify the problems of service quality and service mode. Additionally, it held significant theoretical value and practical implications for the advancement of intellectual property services industry in China.
When reputation evaluation indicators become targets, existing indicators will lose the role of indicating the true quality; At present, the evaluation of discipline reputation mostly focuses on subjective evaluation based on objective data, and there is a dispute about reliability and validity; Due to different indicators and weight settings, it is difficult to make horizontal comparison among disciplines; The evaluation also has a certain time lag. In order to solve the above four problems, this study explores a new method of discipline reputation evaluation. Taking the business administration discipline as an example, it collects data of 5848 doctoral graduates who first entered teaching posts, establishes a directed adjacency matrix from the employment unit to the doctoral degree awarding unit, and uses the theory and method of social network analysis to conduct quantitative analysis on the doctoral mutual employment network. The results show that: (1) PhD exchange network can explain discipline reputation and is a new indicator to measure discipline reputation; (2) From the perspective of employment behavior among colleges and universities, there is horizontal flow and downward flow between the head colleges and universities, and downward flow is mainly among the middle and lower colleges. There is a time lag between college talent recruitment and academic achievement output. Therefore, the mining of the structural characteristics and network evolution trend of the PhD exchange network based on the "foot voting" of doctoral graduates is faster than the discipline ranking based on the follow-up achievement indicators to reflect the changes in the discipline quality, which can be used to warn the changes in the discipline quality.
The “double first-class” construction policy is an educational policy in China for building the world first-class universities and disciplines. The research objective of this paper is to verify the effect of “double first-class” construction policy. The Propensity Score Matching–Difference in Differences (PSM–DID) method was employed to gauge the academic influence of the policy. PSM–DID is a metering method specifically used to analyze the effectiveness of the policy to determine whether the impact of the policy has significant statistical significance. The panel data, covering the years 2016–2020, was derived from 122 universities in China and the United States, indicating the experimental and control data, respectively. The results show that the “double first-class” construction policy promotes the international academic influence of Chinese universities, but this promotion effect is not sustainable.
[研究目的]期刊在学术生态中承担重要角色,近年来期刊存在着一些问题亟待解决,现有期刊预警研究存在不足与缺失,在大数据与人工智能环境下基于负向评价与开放获取探索切实可行的期刊预警方法.[研究方法]本研究从出版后同行评议论坛PubPeer获取期刊、论文及质疑评论相关信息,从多维度构建期刊预警指标,采用随机森林算法训练得到智能预警模型,对期刊的学术风险状况进行评测,得到预警期刊列表,并对预警期刊进行分析.[研究结论]所提出的方法能够有效的识别期刊的潜在风险,发掘预警期刊特点,可对科研人员选择成果发表平台提供参照,敦促出版机构加强自身建设,强化期刊质量管理.
在"互联网+"时代,声誉越来越成为高校之间竞争与高校评价的关键因素.已有的高校社会声誉评价侧重主观的定性评价.因此,本研究尝试采用定量评价方法,以高校社会声誉内涵为基点,从高校社会声誉生成机制出发,构建一套量化测度高校社会声誉的指标体系,并以我国104所公办本科院校为实例,验证了评价指标体系的有效性.研究结果可为完善我国高校评价体系提供借鉴.
文章基于社会网络分析方法,对我国东北三省的76所高校进行技术创新辐射能力的分析,发现东北三省高校创新技术主要服务于本省,向外辐射规模较小,其中高层次院校虽然创新能力强,但技术创新辐射能力存在明显不足.
新冠肺炎疫情对国家经济、社会稳定和公众心理健康造成了威胁,也给高等教育带来了巨大挑战.分析高校在疫情期间被社会公众关注的特征与内容,有助于高校进一步加强声誉管理,提高应对重大突发事件的能力.本研究通过百度指数数据分析疫情期间31个地区62所样本高校被关注度的特征,利用Tableau数据图表和SPSS数据分析软件进行呈现,并总结了疫情背景下高校声誉管理的启示.研究结果发现,与非疫情期间高校关注度相比较,疫情爆发期公众对高校的关注度整体降低9.71%,表明疫情对高校社会声誉产生了一定的影响;在高校关注度普遍降低的情况下,疫情严重地区的高校关注度普遍较高;疫情对重点高校的关注度影响要低于对普通高校的关注;公众关注高校的热点内容集中在高校对比、受疫情影响的高校研究生招生、复试以及网络授课等方面.最后总结疫情背景下高校在声誉管理方面应做的工作.
ESI学科排名已成为我国学科评估的一项重要参考指标,借助ESI数据库分析我国非“双一流”高校进入ESI数据库前1%的学科特征.分析结果发现:非“双一流”高校的ESI学科集中度高,多分布于沿海较发达的城市,分布的学校类型多属特色型高校,集中于医药类和理工类大学,顶尖学科为临床医学和药理学毒理学学科.为了促进这类高校及学科的合理发展,各学校需要明确自身的优势学科,并积极寻求易突破的学科领域,合理地分配资源;加强合作,充分利用外部资源,为自身发展提供支撑;明确发展定位,积极发挥特色学科作用;协调地区经济发展,抓住国家“双一流”建设机遇,推动学科及学校整体的良性发展.
教师利益需求的满足是大学内部治理的基础,随着我国高等教育事业的发展,教师的利益需求逐渐从物质利益需求向精神利益需求演化.本文以高校提案文本为基础,采用内容分析法对提案内容进行剖析,并以某985高校提案为研究实例,探索教师利益诉求多元性、复杂性等特点及其演变趋势,为高校内部结构治理提供参考的同时,提高教师师资队伍水平,进而推动建设"双一流"高校进程.
本文借鉴库恩科学范式的思想,界定了产业技术范式内涵,刻画了产业技术范式变革过程中技术标准的作用机理.运用专利计量方法定量化描述了传统汽车技术体系形成到新能源汽车技术范式变革的过程,研究表明,传统汽车技术已经经历了完整的范式周期,新能源汽车处于范式发展期且新的技术体系正在形成.进而展示了汽车产业技术变革期技术标准从技术规范到与知识产权相结合的标准体系的演进路径,揭示了技术标准在汽车产业范式演进过程中的规范、桥梁和转化作用,以期为我国新能源汽车产业尽快形成有竞争力的技术标准体系提供理论参考.
“双一流”作为一项公共政策自推出以来,受到社会公众的广泛关注与讨论.分析公众对于“双一流”政策的关注度和政策实施后所产生的社会反响,有利于更好地了解公众意愿,推进“双一流”政策更好地落实与实施.文章通过百度指数数据,从趋势研究、需求图谱等方面,利用tableau数据图表呈现出公众对“双一流”政策的关注度特征,并结合图表利用SPSS软件分析了各省份“双一流”政策的关注度差异的影响因素,最后分析了地方政策出台以及高考对“双一流”政策关注度的影响特征.研究结果发现:一是公众对“双一流”政策能直接做出反应并且“双一流”政策的社会反响地域差异化明显;二是学科导向是“双一流”政策社会反响的主要特征;三是高考志愿填报是“双一流”政策的直接响应.
发展高水平的人文社科是理工科高校建设一流大学、世界知名高水平大学寻求突破的方向.通过统计分析理工科大学人文社科合作基础,实现高校潜在合作机会的发现.以我国9所"卓越大学联盟"高校为例,基于共同合作机构、学科分布、关键词三个合作基础指标,分析合作动机,挖掘出高校潜在合作方向.同时基于高校信息向量的相似度度量方式,对比分析高校信息差异,从而给出潜在合作的建议.定量分析与向量表示相结合挖掘出五对高校的潜在合作方向,为高校潜在合作机会的挖掘提供一种可行的信息表示模型,希望该方法可以为高校合作提供借鉴.
学科域是具有相互联系、相互依赖、相互支撑的学科构成的学科体系,ESI社会科学总论学科域不仅涉及哲学人文社会科学,还涉及理学、工学以及医学门类等。借助Web of Science数据库提供的(WC字段)学科分类分别与我国教育部学科分类映射关系,对我国10所机构的社会科学总论的学科域进行学科映射分析。研究发现:第一,社会科学总论排名前五的支撑学科分别为:公共卫生与预防医学、计算机科学与技术、环境科学与工程、社会学和地理学;第二,综合性大学中'社会科学总论'学科域包含了较多的人文社科类学科,相反,在理工科大学中,'社会科学总论'学科域支撑学科以理、工、医学科为主;第三,交叉学科对社会科学总论支撑学科的发展发挥了重要的贡献作用。因此,'双一流'建设中,优化社会科学学科结构,打造学科高峰;促进文理交叉融合,实现学科互补发展;构建中国特色的社会科学评价体系和标准,对于推动我国高校'双一流'建设具有重要价值。
研究采用科学计量法,对2017年教育部创新团队114位学科带头人的科研论文合作的合著度和合著率、合作模式、不同学科合著发文等指标方面进行分析.结果 显示:在合作方式上,管理学和人文社科类倾向于“个人独著”以及“小规模的团队合作”,理、工、农、医存在较大的相似性,更加倾向于多人合作的方式,且更倾向于“大规模的团队合作”;在合作过程中,合作人数的增加并不能显著提高科研产出.研究发现,合作模式是影响科研产出的重要因素,学科特性是决定合作模式的重要影响因素,合作模式和学科特性二者共同作用,影响着不同学科科研合作的差异.
提出学科交叉向量空间模型以计算学科间的相关性及相关程度的定量分析,进而揭示工程学科的交叉规律.研究发现,学科交叉已是学科发展中的普遍现象;该学科内部子类交叉并不明显,仅机械工程等与其他学科交叉数量达到5个以上;该学科与能源燃料、电信、材料科学等学科交叉性较强;环境科学、细胞生物学、心理学、计算机科学、应用物理等7个学科是与该学科关系最为密切的学科群.该研究结果为促进工程学科发展和推动整体科研水平提供科学建议.
The themes in higher education research in different countries vary to some extent. This research takes 15 SSCI journals of higher education as examples. A scientometric method was used to classify the themes in higher education research, and a vector space model was employed to calculate the similarities in different countries active in the research hot spots in the cognate area. The results show that the top five ranked keywords of higher education research are assessment, university, sustainability, feedback, and diversity. Higher education research was classified into 20 areas, and different countries were focused on different areas. The number of publications was mainly led by the USA, the UK, and Australia. The most similar countries in the higher education research field were Australia and the UK. European countries had a higher similarity in higher education research with each other, but the similarity between Asian countries was very low. The similarity between different countries exhibited different characteristics, which has important significance for the development of higher education research.
“双一流”政策要求对一流大学和一流学科建设实施绩效评价,建立具有中国特色的高校评价体系.评价主体集中于政府与市场,评价目标倾向于问责而非改进,评价重点聚焦于院校的资源和声誉是当前我国高校评价中存在的主要问题. “双一流”背景下的高校评价体系应体现决策导向、过程为主的理念,包含制度-知识-人才三个维度,使用“用户画像”从多个维度呈现结果.
