为进一步了解利用羊肚菌种质资源,收集、组织分离了 5个羊肚菌菌株.通过观察羊肚菌菌株在培养基配方和田间栽培时的生长特性,发现5个菌株在菌丝生长速度、菌丝特征、菌核特征、平均产量、单菇重均有差异.其中菌株Y-Q1和Y-Q4综合性状最优,具有较好的推广价值.比较4种母种培养基,配方1在菌丝长速、颜色、密度和产核情况均优于其他配方,可作为羊肚菌母种培养基的配方.在4种栽培种培养基配方中,只有配方3对菌株Y-Q3菌丝生长有促进作用,其他配方对羊肚菌菌丝生长无显著影响.
为高效利用废弃高粱秸秆,设计4个含高粱秸秆的培养基配方栽培竹荪,并以当地竹屑培养料配方做对照.结果:培养料添加20%、40%高粱秸秆均能提高竹荪产量,其中添加20%高粱秸秆的料面土层菌丝健壮,菌丝封面比对照快2 d,提早3 d形成竹荪菌蛋,产量提高18.1%,为栽培竹荪优选配方.
为筛选适宜浙江省开化县自然季节栽培的金针菇黄色菌株,进行了9个金针菇菌株比较试验.试验结果,川金631号、开试2、931、F8四个菌株的子实体商品性状较好,产量高,生物转化率在130%以上,可以在当地推广.
为探索蔬菜大棚栽培黄色金针菇技术,在上海市、江苏省、安徽省及浙江省租赁蔬菜大棚进行黄色金针菇栽培实践.应用浙江大学食用菌研究中心液化工艺生产的活力强、产量高的菌种,采取"卧式催蕾、立式出菇、倒式养菌、立式转潮"管理模式,有效提高菌袋成菇率,减少开袋搔菌后的菌丝徒长,优质菇率可提高15.3%,比普通室内栽培每袋单产增加12.5%.
为探索液化菌种与农户分散栽培相结合的可能性,破解食用菌手工作坊生产模式对品质与产量的制约,比较金针菇季节性栽培中应用固体液化菌种与常规固体菌种接种技术的栽培效果,结果:固体液化菌种比常规固体菌种,栽培袋用种量减少92.5%,生产直接成本节省65.9%;菌袋成品率提高3.1个百分点;全生育期缩短13天;1级菇比例高11个百分点;子实体单袋产量增加45 g,生物转化率提高12个百分点.
简要介绍了长根菇生物学特性以及长根菇反季节栽培适宜制袋日期、简易保温增温出菇房的搭建和栽培管理要点.
In order to explore the impact of substrates on Pleurotus pulmonarius's yield and quality , different treat-ments of substrate preparation , sterilization and other conditions were set up .The results showed that the physical-chemical characters of substrates which were placed for more than 4 hours after bagging would deteriorate , and had a negative impact on mycelia and fructification growth .After sterilization under atmospheric pressure for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 times, the bulk density and electrical conductivity ( EC) index of substrates increased , but the aeration porosi-ty, moisture content and pH value decreased according to the increasing sterilization times .And the time of full bags of hyphae were 42, 49,56,63 and 70 d, respectively.The biological conversion were 52.26%, 45.85%, 45.19%, 40.10%and 40.91%, respectively , which indicated that the number of sterilization times had a negative effects on hyphae nutrition and reproductive growth .It can be concluded that substrates can maintain good physical and chemi-cal properties and were beneficial for high-quality and high-yield of Pleurotus pulmonarius when they were sterilized under atmospheric pressure at 4 h after bagging , at 100 ℃for 10 h.
三种封口材料在金针菇菌种瓶上的应用结果表明:无菌透气膜封口的菌种菌丝满瓶时间介于棉花塞、聚丙烯膜两者之间,比用棉花塞慢2 d、聚丙烯膜封口快10 d;常温培养20 d,菌丝健壮,杂菌污染率比棉花塞低3%;菌种扩接栽培袋成品率达99.5%,平均产量比棉花塞菌种增产13.4%,出菇子实体发病率比棉花塞菌种低2.3%.
<正>板栗是浙西山区的主要经济作物,每年都有百万吨板栗壳废弃堆积。为了充分利用当地资源,延伸产业链,提高农业附加值,近年来,本所利用板栗壳生料进行了平菇栽培试验,效果良好,生物转化率可达100%~120%。现将该高产栽培技术总结如下。1栽培季节安排根据平菇生料栽培的生物学特性,结合本地区气候条件,一般安排10月中旬至12月下旬播种,
浙江开化县金针菇历经20多年的发展,到2010年全县生产总量已达到1.36亿袋,2008年至2010年三年平均销售收入达到2.95元/袋,平均净收入1.78元/袋,全年实现销售收入4.01亿元,农民净收入达到2.42亿元,投入产出比为1:2.5,菇农生产积极性高涨,生产规模稳中有升。洁白、整齐、盖园、肉厚的“菇老爷”牌金针菇已连续十年获得浙江名牌产品,全国22个省市的80多个大中城市遍及开化菇农的足迹,开化新鲜金针菇深受广大市民的青睐。
为了筛选栽培金针菇的优良配方,笔者设计了桑枝屑、杂木屑两组12个配方进行金针菇出菇对比试验.通过对不同配方的金针菇农艺性状和商品性状的比较分析,筛选出栽培金针菇适宜高产配方.
以实践经验为依据介绍金针菇大棚栽培高产稳产技术中菌种质量、菌种生产技术,场地选择、大棚设计,优质菌袋制作,出菇管理技术,并提出3个应注意的问题及相应的措施。
Theoretical research has proved that FDI had a positive effect on economic growth,but has little focus on the mechanism between them.This paper gives three examinations under endogenous growth framework:(1)The casual link between FDI and economic growth;(2)The main factors affecting economic growth;(3)The correlation between FDI and these main factors.Results show that physical capital,technological advances,industrial structure change and trade are the main factors of affecting economic growth,and FDI in human capital is not significant.The link between FDI and economic growth in Zhejiang Province is not consistent with endogenous growth path.
The relationship between FDI and economic growth has always been a controversial academic issue.In order to understand the conduction path between FDI and economic growth comprehensively and accurately,we had an empirical analysis in a single-sector endogenous growth model of economic growth.We also conducted a correlation test between FDI and other affecting factors.Based on these analyses,we put forward some suggestions for absorbing FDI and industrial upgrading.
