简述了新版标准QB/T 1952.2-2023《软体家具弹簧软床垫》的修订背景,并从范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则等多方面进行了分析,同时对标准实施过程中应注意的问题进行了说明.
根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》要求,对刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率的检测不确定度进行分析.根据刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率的数学计算模型,分析试验过程,确定影响检测结果不确定度的因素有千分尺测量误差、恒温水槽控温误差、操作人员操作误差等.对P2型刨花板进行2 h吸水厚度膨胀率检测,结果表明试验条件下P2型刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率检测结果的扩展不确定为0.1%.
本文简述了旧标准QB/T 4071-2010《课桌椅》的局限性和新标准QB/T 4071-2021《课桌椅》的修订背景,并对比分析了新旧标准的范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则等.
在温度为28、30℃,相对湿度为80%、90%、95%以上的环境下,分别使用球毛壳、黄曲霉、桔青霉、黑曲霉4种霉菌对竹地板进行28d霉变试验.试验结果表明:在温度28℃、湿度90%以上时霉变效果较为明显.建议采用该温湿度作为竹地板防霉效果的检测条件;检测时间以15~18d为最佳;同时可根据霉斑覆盖率的频次划分0~4级5个霉变等级作为评价标准.
分别对高效液相色谱法和分光光度法测定甲醛释放量的线性范围、精密度及检出限等进行对比分析,并利用高效液相色谱法和分光光度法对10种中密度纤维板甲醛释放量进行测定分析.结果表明:2种方法测定结果差异不显著,都可以用于测定人造板甲醛释放量,但分光光度法操作简便,费用少,建议使用分光光度法测定人造板甲醛释放量.

Through the study on dimensional stability of bamboo-wood composite flooring, the results indicated that under the same experimental conditions, bamboo-wood composite flooring exhibited greater vertical expansion rate than longitudinal direction. Different structures of bamboo-wood composite flooring showed significant differences in the change of thickness.
Through the investigation and statistical analysis on the current situations of 34 bamboo flooring manufacturing companies in Jiangxi province,the present work revealed the regional distribution,production scale,personnel quality,and research capabilities of the bamboo flooring industry in Jiangxi province.The development strategy for the industry were put forward accordingly.
Starting from the view of wood visual characteristics,three wood surface visual physical magnitude such as wood color,wood gloss and wood texture were introduced,the generation,distribution,characteristics,and related research in recent years about these physical magnitude factors,etc.were discussed.In order to deduce the sensory of various physical magnitude acting on human heart,a preliminary study on relations between the wood surface visual physical magnitude and environment quality was made.
The bending of Poplar LVL enhanced with glass mat was studied in this paper.The results showed that glass mat improved remarkably poplar LVL on modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of e-lasticity(MOE).The widthways MOR and MOE increased greatly by 79.6% and 60.2%,respectively.
Horizontal shear strength of bamboo wood composite board was studied by short beam method.The results showed that span length was main factor which effected the test of horizontal shear of bamboo wood composite board and horizontal shear decreased while test span length increased.The reasonable span length for testing horizontal shear is 4 times of thickness of the bamboo wood composite board.Range of horizontal shear strength of bamboo wood is from 3.2 MPa to 11.1 MPa.
