目前很多高校成人教育教学质量逐年下滑,因此建设有深度、有难度的高质量终身教育网络"金课"势在必行.随着人工智能技术的迅速发展,终身教育网络"金课"建设遇到了机遇同时也困难重重.解决这一问题要从分析"金课"建设的机遇与困境入手,结合实际工作,从实现个性化学习、构建智慧学习平台、自动挖掘学习资源、打造交互与感知式课堂、搭建融媒介学习环境5个方面提出人工智能视域下终身教育网络教育"金课"的建设策略.以期利用人工智能技术破解终身教育网络"金课"建设发展难题,提升终身教育网络课程质量.
对辽宁省高职院校学生在线学习状况进行调研,结果显示学生对线上教学满意度较高,但仍然存在学习指导不够、参与投入不高、专注性较弱、自主学习能力不佳等问题.基于此,后疫情时期的线上教学和线下教学应做好统筹规划,丰富教学资源、强化教学研究和学科协同,同时辅导员应深化思想教育、学生应加强自主学习能力,以此提高学生在线学习的质量.
介绍舰船电力系统谐波成因、危害和治理标准,分析主动型与被动型谐波抑制建模,在不同串联联结模式下针对脉冲电流建立谐波抑制模型,被动型谐波抑制针对单调滤波器、高通滤波器、有源电力滤波器建模.最后通过谐波抑制模型仿真分析,得出移相20°串联的三重联结电路主动型谐波抑制模型与有源电力滤波器被动型谐波抑制模型能够对谐波起到明显的抑制作用.

电力推进系统是舰船重要的动力系统,其负荷量占全船负荷量4/5左右.在电力推进系统运行中,会对舰船电网产生一定程度功率因数影响和谐波干扰,降低电网运行的安全性.为有效控制功率因数和谐波干扰,要采用高压整流技术,此项技术能够降低谐波电流,使电力推进系统保持更加理想的机动性和工作性能.本文从分析高压整流技术控制策略入手,提出高压整流技术在舰船电力推进系统中的具体应用方案,通过仿真实验证实本文提出的高压整流控制系统能够有效抑制谐波污染.

目的:回顾性分析中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎普通型患者的临床疗效.方法:选取黄石市中医医院2020年1月25日至2月10日收治入院、符合新型冠状病毒肺炎普通型诊断标准的50例患者,根据治疗方法的不同,分为治疗组(新型冠状病毒方联合常规西医治疗)28例,对照组(常规西医治疗)22例,比较两组发热持续时间、主要症状(发热、乏力、干咳)消失率、次要症状(鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、胸闷、恶心、呕吐、纳差、腹泻)消失率.结果:发热持续时间两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组发热、干咳、胸闷、纳差等症状消失率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他症状以及病情加重情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组与对照组比较重症转化率有下降趋势.结论:中西医结合治疗能够明显改善新型冠状病毒肺炎患者发热、干咳、胸闷、纳差等临床症状,且能够降低患者重症转化率.

目的解决样品在培养过程中出现的污染以及培养基干裂的问题,提高食品检验技术。方法依据GB4789.15-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验霉菌和酵母计数》,将生化培养箱进行了改装,通过更换培养箱轴流风机风扇叶,改变培养箱内部循环风向。结果当培养箱内部的循环风方向改变后,改善了样品在培养过程中染菌和培养基干裂的现象,样品在培养过程中染菌几率比改善前降50%,培养基干裂现象完全解决。结论更换培养箱轴流风机风扇叶,改变培养箱内部循环风向,可以有效降低样品的染菌几率,防止培养基干裂对检测结果造成的影响,提高检验结果准确性。
目的 观察成药鳖甲煎丸治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效.方法 将39例乳腺增生症患者随机分为对照组19例和治疗组20例,对照组采用乳癖消治疗,治疗组采用鳖甲煎丸治疗,两组均治疗2个月后通过治疗前后症状、体征变化情况及影像学检查判定疗效.结果 有效率治疗组90%,对照组73.68%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 鳖甲煎丸治疗乳腺增生症具有较好的临床疗效.
随着物质水平的提高,人们对居家生活的安全性和舒适度也日益关切.对于室内空气中甲醛浓度的测定较为复杂,即便是操作简便的检测盒也需要人眼比对标准比色卡的颜色来粗略确定浓度,智能化方面有所欠缺.本研究基于酚试剂法测定甲醛含量的原理,利用NFC芯片技术来实现手机用户端监控室内甲醛的浓度功能,实现快速的信息采集和数据交换.
中职英语课堂主要任务是调动学生的英语学习积极性和培养英语学习兴趣.情境教学的核心强调的是在课堂中激发学生情感,将"情"和"境"相融合,有目的地引入和创设具有一定形象生动的生活场景,让学生进入角色,实现知与情的和谐统一,最终达到激发中职生学习兴趣的目标.本研究通过课堂观察,从微观分析一名中职英语教师在课堂上情境创设探索的有效性.研究发现,这位教师的课堂唤醒了学生的积极参与意识,营造了互动和谐的学习氛围,基本达成了该教师预设的本节课教学目标.
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum adiponectin (APN) concentration and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Sixty-three patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver fibrosis treat-ed in Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were studied, which were divided into mild group (n=28), severe group (n=22) and cirrhosis group (n=13) according to the degree of liver fibrosis. Thirty healthy volunteers were included into the control group. The serum APN concentration and haluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅲ procollagen (PC-Ⅲ), type Ⅳ collagen (C-Ⅳ) concentrations were detected in all the subjects. The index levels were detected and compared in patients with chronic hepatitis B before and after antiviral therapy. Results The se-rum APN concentration in the control group, mild group and severe group and cirrhosis group were increased successively, with (6.41±2.21)μg/mL, (9.46±3.27)μg/mL, (15.11±4.30)μg/mL, (20.54±5.52)μg/mL, respectively, and HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ, C-Ⅳalso increased in turn, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Serum APN concentration showed a pos-itive correlation with liver fibrosis grading (P<0.05). In liver fibrosis patients, the serum APN and HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ, C-Ⅳwere significantly lower after antiviral therapy, compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Adiponectin concentrations is closely related to the liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B process, and serum adiponectin concentrations can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis and improvement degree of liver fibrosis after anti-viral therapy.
青少年是未来,是希望之光,是祖国的接班人,是民族振兴的基石.他们具有良好的法律意识,是社会稳定的基础,是构建和谐社会的关键性因素.对青少年学生的思想品德教育,能有效营造法制教育的社会大环境,对促进他们的健康成长,具有十分重要的意义.在初中的课程当中,我作为一名思想品德教师,充分利用教学的优势,发挥政治教学的有效阵地,更有效地帮助青少年学生增强法律意识,提高法律素质.多年的教学实践经验,我认为思想品德教师应从以下几个方面对青少年学生进行法制教育,增强法制教育的实效性.
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是常见的恶性实体肿瘤之一,在肿瘤相关疾病死亡率中排第二[1].临床上急需一种能够准确预测HCC患者疾病复发、转移和预后的标志物以改善患者临床疗效.报道表明在多种人类肿瘤中miR-21表达增加能够促进肿瘤细胞增殖、转移和侵入[2],且部分研究证实miR-21可以作为某些肿瘤诊断和预后标志物[3-5],然而HCC患者的miR-21表达情况及其对疾病预后的影响尚不清楚.本研究旨在探讨miR-21对评估HCC患者疾病预后的价值.
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types in hand, foot and mouth disease and related influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 298 children with hand, foot and mouth disease who were diagnosed with the four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were collected to analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types and their association with sex, age, course of the disease, and major laboratory markers.Results In the 298 children with hand, foot and mouth disease, the most common TCM syndrome type was stagnation and steaming of damp-heat, followed by the syndrome of damp-heat of lung and spleen and the syndrome of stirring wind due to toxic heat.There were significant differences in sex and course of the disease between the children with the three syndrome types (P<0.05).The syndrome of stirring wind due to toxic heat was commonly seen in boys.The syndrome of damp-heat of lung and spleen was commonly seen at 5-6 days after onset, the syndrome of stagnation and steaming of damp-heat was commonly seen at 5-7 days after onset, and the syndrome of stirring wind due to toxic heat was commonly seen at 7-8 days after onset.There was no significant difference in age between the children with the three syndrome types (P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the type of pathogen between the children with the three syndrome types (P<0.05);the children with the syndrome of damp-heat of lung and spleen were mainly infected with coxsackie virus A-16, while those with the syndromes of stagnation and steaming of damp-heat and stirring wind due to toxic heat were mainly infected with enter ovirus 71.Compared with those with the syndromes of damp-heat of lung and spleen and stagnation and steaming of damp-heat, the children with the syndrome of stirring wind due to toxic heat had significantly higher leukocyte count and levels of blood glucose, creatine kinase-MB, serum interleukin-6, procalcitonin, and C-reactive protein (P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of TCM syndrome types of hand, foot and mouth disease have certain characteristics, which are significantly associated with sex, course of the disease, and major laboratory markers.
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of PEG-IFN-αcombined with ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) and hepatitis B virus (HBV) coinfection. Methods Forty patients with HCV and HBV coinfection from TCM Hospital of Eastern Hubei Medical Group between April 2011 and December 2015 were divided into the HBV/HCV group, and 45 patients with HCV infection were divided into the HCV group. Then the two groups were treated with PEG-IFN-αcombined with ribavirin, and the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results The negative conversion rate after the treatment in the HCV group was 55.6%, significantly higher than 32.5%in the HBV/HCV group (P<0.05). Aspertate aminotransferase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), haluronic acid (HA) in the HCV group and ALT, AST in the HBV/HCV group after the treatment were significantly better than before treat-ment (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ) in the HCV group and PCⅢ, HA in the HBV/HCV group before and after the treatment (P>0.05). No significant difference was found in ALT, AST, HA, PCⅢbetween the two groups after the treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion PEG-IFN-αcombined with ribavirin has bet-ter clinical effects in the treatment of HCV or HBV single infection than coinfection.
