This study examines the impact of marketing campaigns on company profitability in Uzbekistan using econometric models. The setting of Uzbekistan offers a unique vantage point given its rapidly changing marketing landscape and limited existing research. The importance of marketing to business growth and profit optimization cannot be understated. Accordingly, our study addresses this research gap by shedding light on how marketing efforts correlate with profitability in emerging economies. We employ an econometric model to tackle biases and endogeneity problems commonly found in non-experimental research designs. Specifically, a panel data model is utilized for the analysis, encompassing data from 150 Uzbek companies over a span of five years (2018-2023). Panel data models permit the study of changes over time and across entities, providing a more robust understanding of the dynamics involved. Firm profitability, the study's dependent variable, is measured using the net profit margin, an established indicator of business success.

The burgeoning proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has engendered a transformative shift in various industries, and digital marketing is not an exception to this trend. The thrust of this paper is to explore, analyze, and conceptualize the multi-dimensional impact of AI on digital marketing strategies using Neutrosophic set. By employing statistical mechanics and stochastic models, we aim to delineate the underlying mechanisms that facilitate the operational synergy between AI algorithms and marketing frameworks in the light of Neutrosophic analysis. We invoke the concept of AI-Enabled Marketing Efficiency (AIME), which we define as AIME =(ROI{AI} - ROI{Traditional} )(Time{AI} ) , to assess the quantitative aspects of this interaction. Our empirical findings suggest that AI integration could enhance marketing campaign effectiveness by approximately 27% (p 0.05) while reducing human-led execution time by 33%. We further discuss the ethical implications of AI-driven decision-making in digital marketing, such as the potential for reinforcing societal biases and the abuse of personal data. Artificial Intelligence has been an area of extensive research and development, permeating through diverse sectors including healthcare, finance, and now more prevalently, digital marketing. While the application of AI in digital marketing is not a nascent concept, the nuanced interplay between the two remains largely underexplored. We leverage neutrosophic set theory as a powerful analytical tool to investigate the transformative effects of Artificial Intelligence on various digital marketing tactics and strategies.

The dynamism and complexity inherent in today's financial markets necessitate sophisticated predictive analytics tools that can facilitate decision-making in real-time. However, traditional forecasting methodologies often fall short in harnessing the vast volumes of real-time data generated by these markets. This study introduces a transformative approach, known as the Real-time Big Data Financial Forecasting Model (), which amalgamates real-time analytics, big data technologies, and machine learning algorithms to predict financial market trends. Through a robust computational architecture that efficiently processes and analyzes high-frequency trading data, the RBDF^2M model aims to provide accurate and timely forecasts of asset price movements. Employing time-series analysis techniques, particularly Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, this model is tested across multiple financial instruments to evaluate its predictive efficacy. Our results indicate a substantial improvement in forecast accuracy compared to conventional methodologies, along with significant reductions in computational latency. The research further explores the implications of these findings, notably the potential for augmented trading strategies and risk management protocols. Finally, the paper discusses the ethical considerations associated with the deployment of such advanced predictive systems in financial markets, arguing for the necessity of regulatory frameworks to mitigate the risks of market manipulation and systemic failure.
The conceptual study aims to answer crucial questions like the relationship between social media exposure and mental health outcomes. The current research gap is provided by reviewing existing studies and providing clear evidence that unregulated and unlimited social media poses a threat to enterprises and individuals, with potentially lasting consequences to psychological wellbeing, pointing towards the need for strategic interventions and policy developments to mitigate these adverse effects. Building upon insights into the work environment and employee psychology, these findings are valuable for leaders and managers. They enhance understanding of how employee perceptions of their work environment, intrinsic and extrinsic work-related attitudes, and psychological wellbeing collectively influence job performance. While existing literature has explored various leadership styles, the specific moderating impact of the supervisor’s role on job satisfaction and performance requires further study.
IoT (Internet of Things) covers network-connected devices that can improve various aspects of our lives. Every second in the world, 127 new devices join the internet. According to some estimates, by 2025, there will be 64 billion such "smart" devices. This is a significant jump when compared with 2018 when there were 10 billion of them. IoT gadgets are such touch points that collect information about the environment. They share data through the cloud, where they are analyzed to transform people's businesses and daily lives. In particular, technology has already penetrated deeply into the world of Finance. Today, there is no need to visit banks often. However, sometimes a visit is unavoidable. IoT is designed to help make it more convenient for customers. For example, queues are common for many financial institutions. IoT tools can quickly find the most suitable bank consultant. In this case, the customer enters their problem into the original equipment, then they are issued a ticket with information about the specialist, then the device notifies them when it is their turn. IoT allows bank managers to reduce the number of employees, and maintenance costs, and at the same time reduce the waiting time for the client. BMO Harris Bank has tested a "smart" branch, where instead of real employees – chatbots. In case of unexpected questions, chatbots contact a real consultant using video conferencing tools.
Sustainable socio-economic development today is one of the most important problems of mankind. The essence of “sustainable development” is to maximize the economic and social benefits from the development of the national economy system, provided that the environment is protected and natural resources are reproduced in the long term. In an economic sense, sustainable development means not only the growth of the national economy and an increase in per capita income, but also the improvement of all elements of social security. The problem of the balance between economic development and environmental security today appears as a global problem on the solution of which the future of mankind depends.
The transformative potential of tourism as an economic driver has been the subject of extensive academic research. In the context of transitional economies, this relationship assumes a more nuanced role, with tourism acting as both a catalyst and a product of regional development. Among transitional economies, Uzbekistan presents a unique case study characterized by its burgeoning tourism industry and robust policy frameworks aimed at regional development. This paper aims to analyze the multifaceted role of tourism in catalyzing regional development in Uzbekistan. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study triangulates findings from econometric modeling, surveys, and qualitative interviews. The purpose of our interdisciplinary research is to evaluate the direct and indirect impacts of tourism on regional economic parameters, including but not limited to GDP growth, employment rate, and infrastructure development. Our econometric model analyzes time-series data from 2000 to 2021 and employs several control variables to isolate the economic impact attributable to tourism. This quantitative inquiry is further enriched by qualitative data sourced through semi-structured interviews with stakeholders in the tourism industry, policy makers, and local communities. Our findings indicate that tourism in Uzbekistan acts as a catalytic agent for regional development in multiple dimensions. Not only does it contribute directly to GDP growth and employment but also plays a significant role in cultural preservation, infrastructural improvements, and enhancing social capital. Furthermore, our analyses unveil the essentiality of sustainable tourism policies in amplifying these positive impacts while mitigating potential negative externalities. Therefore, the study’s outcomes bear substantial implications for policymakers, suggesting that a nuanced approach in tourism management could serve as a key strategy in holistic regional development.

Until the twentieth century, there were no stable forms of financial institutions in the Muslim world that could be defined as "banks". The first banks, in their classical form, owned by Muslims (the corporate "majority") began to appear after the 1920s. The collapse of the colonial system after the Second World War led to the emergence of new states, including Muslim ones. These states needed their own financial systems - this is how the first national banking institutions of Muslim countries began to appear. Since the second half of the 20th century. In the Muslim world, primarily in the Middle East, a process called "Islamic revival" is beginning - a term that denotes various types of spreading or strengthening of Islam. An important role in this was played by the religious concept - tajdid, which was manifested throughout the history of Islam in periodic calls for the restoration of basic religious principles in public relations.
