对"乡村体医融合"实践之路及意义、现实困境和发展路径进行梳理和总结研究.研究表明:"乡村体医融合"在我国处于初步发展阶段,乡村体医融合具有重要现实意义,它是实现健康中国的重要抓手,是实现乡村振兴的催化剂,然而我国乡村体医融合建设面临诸多困境:体医融合政策宣传不到位、配套政策制度缺乏,乡村体医融合复合型人才不足、村民体医融合理念缺乏、乡村体医融合设备设施匮乏、缺乏专项经费保障.建议:政府应配套完善乡村体医融合政策法规统筹推进乡村体医融合协调发展,培养吸引体医融合复合型人才,建设乡村体医融合健康服务中心,提高村民大健康意识,拓宽体医融合专项经费渠道,为"体医融合"在乡村培育发展提供有利条件.
目的 探讨肌肉能量技术(MET)联合瑜伽训练对大学生上交叉综合征(UCS)的干预效果.方法 选取怀化市某校符合UCS诊断标准的50例大学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=24)和研究组(n=26).对照组患者采取MET训练,研究组患者在对照组训练基础上进行瑜伽训练,2组患者干预频率均为5次/周,30 min/次,持续干预2个月.比较2组患者干预前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、圆肩角度(FSA)和头前伸角度(FHA).结果 治疗前,2组患者的VAS评分、FHA及FSA比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,2组患者FHA和FSA均小于干预前,且研究组FHA改善角度和FSA改善角度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,2组患者VAS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,VAS改善程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MET联合瑜伽训练可有效缓解UCS患者肩颈部疼痛症状,改善日常生活中圆肩颈前屈的异常姿势.
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of "Jin's three-needle" therapy and motor relearning regime for the recovery of upper limb motor function in the patients with ischemic stroke. METHODS A total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into an experiment group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). In the control group, the routine rehabilitation regimen was adopted. In the experimental group, on the base of the treatment regimen as the control group, the "Jin's three-needle" therapy was supplemented. The neurological function deficit score was used to assess the neurological function. The modified Fugel-Meyer assessment for upper extremities (FMA) and motor assessment scale (MAS) were adopted to assess the upper limb motor function in patients. The modified Barthel Index (MBI) was used to evaluate the activity of daily living (ADL) in patients. RESULTS After treatment, the neurological function deficit score, the upper limb motor function (FMA and MAS) and ADL (MBI) were all improved obviously as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). In the experimental group, the reducing range of neurological function deficit score (difference value) was larger than that in the control group (P<0.05). The increases of FMA score (upper arm function), the total score of MAS, the score for hand movement in MAS and the score for advanced hand activities of MAS, as well as MBI score in the experimental group were significantly larger than those in the control group successively (P<0.05). CONCLUSION "Jin's three-needle" therapy combined with exercise relearning regimen effectively reduces the degree of neurological deficit and improve the upper limb motor function and ADL in patients with ischemic stroke.
目的 探讨BOPPPS模型下翻转课堂教学在康复治疗专业教学中的应用效果.方法 选取我校2018级和2019级康复治疗学专业学生,分别为对照组和实验组,对照组以传统教学,实验组以BOP-PPS模型下翻转课堂教学,学期末评测两个班理论、实践成绩,并调查教学满意度.结果 实验组学生的理论与实训成绩、总成绩均显著高于对照组(t>2.58,P<0.05),且实验组在激发学生学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛、开拓学生创新思维、锻炼学生沟通能力和总的教学效果满意度也更高(t>2.030,P<0.05).结论 BOPPPS模型下翻转课堂教学可以有效提高康复治疗专业的教学效果.
目的:探讨项目教学法在物理治疗科临床实习教学中的效果.方法:选取我院康复科临床实习的72名康复实习生为研究对象,按进入物理治疗科临床实习先后分为对照组和实验组各36名,对照组采取传统带教方法,实验组通过项目教学法带教,带教结束后评价2组教学效果、带教满意度、项目教学方法评价.结果:2个月后,实验组出科理论成绩(81.69±5.94)和实践成绩(84.69±6.20)均高于对照组(78.39±5.69,80.78±5.14)(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组对带教老师满意度较高(P<0.05).实验组对项目教学效果给予了肯定,反馈良好.结论:实施项目教学法有助于调动实习生学习积极性,提高临床康复实习教学质量.
目的 观察智能康复训练系统对脑卒中患者上肢及手功能的效果.方法 2018年12月至2019年12月,脑卒中患者68例随机分为对照组(n=34)和试验组(n=34),两组均采用常规物理治疗、作业治疗和头皮针治疗,试验组另采用智能康复训练系统训练,共8周.于治疗前,治疗1周、4周和8周后分别采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、上肢功能测试(UEFT)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评价.结果 治疗前,两组FMA-UE评分、UEFT评分和MBI均无显著性差异(P>0.05).治疗后,两组各评分均显著增加(F>11.676,P<0.001).治疗4周和8周后,试验组各评分均高于对照组(t>2.122,P<0.05).结论 智能康复训练系统能有效改善脑卒中患者上肢及手功能和日常生活活动能力.
Objective:To investigate the influence of motor relearning programme combined with Jin's three-needle therapy on lower limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 58 ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into control group (n=28) and treatment group (n=30). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation training and Jin's three-needle therapy, while patients in the treatment group were treated with motor relearning programme on the basis of rehabilitation in the control group. The effects of rehabilitation, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer Activity (FMA) (lower limb part), Barthel index (BI), maximum walking speed of 10 meters of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:The effects of rehabilitation, such as NIHSS, FMA(lower limb part), BI, maximum walking speed of 10 meters of the treatment group were higher than before treatment (P< 0.05). The difference value of NIHSS scores in the treatment group decreased lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). The difference value of FMA scores (lower extremity part), maximum walking speed of 10 meters, and BI scores of the treatment group increased more than those of the control group (P< 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant respectively (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Motor relearning programme combined with Jin's three-needle therapy can be effective in improving low limb motor function, daily living ability and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.
目的 研究钝挫伤对大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞体外增殖的影响.方法 选取24只5周龄Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为安静对照组(C组)和钝挫伤即刻(D0组)、24 h(D24组)、48 h组(D48组)4组,每组6只.其中钝挫伤组进行钝挫伤的操作后,分别于即刻、24、48 h进行麻醉,与对照组一同摘取左侧腓肠肌,立刻进行肌卫星细胞体外培养.另取新生鼠(N组)2只,宰杀后取下左侧腓肠肌,同样进行肌卫星细胞体外培养.结果新生鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖最显著,在培养第2天便可见少量纺锤形的单核细胞出现;在第3天就大量增殖,当培养5d后,卫星细胞相互融合形成多核的肌管;D0组3 d后可见肌卫星细胞,而D24、D48组4 d后可见卫星细胞,到第8天时增殖达到高峰,基本布满大部分培养皿,部分分化融合成肌管,之后增殖速度下降.C组肌卫星细胞含量最少,且增殖速度最慢.结论 钝挫伤对骨骼肌卫星细胞的激活与增殖具有重要作用,且新生鼠体内的肌卫星细胞并未处于静息状态.
MicroRNAs are short non-coding RNAs that regulate and control the translation of target genes, and play an important role in gene expression involved in the development of spinal cord and spinal cord injury, which constitute novel targets for therapeutic interven-tion to promote repair and regeneration of the spinal cord, also they are the potential biomarkers of spinal cord injury. This article reviewed the mechanism of microRNAs and listed several microRNAs in spinal cord injury area.
