为研究旧路不同层位沥青的老化规律,得到不同层位铣刨料混合使用时旧沥青的整体老化程度,进而确定再生混合料的应用层位,文章基于三大指标、四组分试验及红外光谱测试,分析了旧路面层不同层位的旧沥青分层老化规律,以此为基础确定了基于分层老化的旧沥青整体老化程度评价方法,并提出沥青老化程度分级标准,根据老化程度分级细化了再生混合料的应用层位推荐.研究成果为铣刨料的精准化利用提供了基础.
There are a large number of tunnels built in permafrost regions every year in China. When investigating the road tunnels that have been in operation in cold regions, it was found that most of these tunnels have various freezing damages. Therefore, in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of tunnels in cold regions, there are still many technical problems that need to be solved urgently. Among them, the problems of heat preservation, anti-freezing, and anti-drainage are the key technical problems to determine whether the tunnels in cold regions are affected by freezing damage. The project was based on the completed highway tunnels in Inner Mongolia. Given a series of special problems faced by the construction and management of tunnels in cold regions, a large number of reference documents were consulted. This paper designed thermal insulation, antifreeze, and anti-drainage technology for tunnels in the cold area of Jinpen Bay. The research in this paper can effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of tunnel freezing damage, ensure the safety of the long-term operation of the tunnel lining structure, and greatly reduce maintenance costs, which have good economic and social benefits.
为了评定新建G7高速公路桥梁的实际承载能力,在有限元计算分析的基础上,基于全桥荷载试验方法,测试了不同工况下各控制截面的应变及挠度情况.通过脉动试验、行车试验,得出了桥梁的自振频率,分析了不同车速下的变形特征.结果表明:在偏载工况下,桥梁主梁实测的应力校验系数为0.38~0.77,挠度校验系数为0.44~0.54,卸载后对残余变形较小,表明该桥弹性工作性能良好,受力性能满足设计要求;实测竖向一阶频率6.90 Hz大于计算频率5.64Hz,冲击系数范围为1.02~1.20,均小于计算值1.32,表明结构竖向动刚度良好.
以1根完整无缺陷基桩和3根预先设置缺陷的基桩为研究对象,采用奥地利德威DEWESoft振动测试系统,基于瞬态机械阻抗法,对比完整基桩,对3根有缺陷基桩进行了诊断分析,探讨了基桩固有频率测试的可行性及刚度测量的可重复性.结果表明:基于固有频率的机械阻抗法多次重复测试结果一致性较好,测试结果可以反映缺陷位置、缺陷处的有效桩径,基桩缺陷程度与其刚度值具有一定的正相关关系.因此,推荐采用同一工地、地质情况基本相同的基桩刚度测试统计值,运用数理统计等方法确定一个合理的刚度值界限作为基桩缺陷程度的划分依据,以达到定量评估基桩质量的目的.
Based on Tonggulege Nur to Elk Hashha (the intersection of Inner Mongolia and Gansu) highway construction, the physical, mechanical properties and engineering hydrogeology of saline soil is determined through site excavation and sampling test. Through field test road, it took economical and feasible aeolian sand and gravel replacing and filling treatment program for salinized soft foundation to study the foundation treatment effect under different conditions of replacing and filling materials and depth. The replacing and filling effect is tested and evaluated by settlement monitoring during the period of construction and operation and the treatment technology suitable for the special subgrade of Tengger desert highway in Inner Mongolia is put forward.
钢筋混凝土结构是最重要的土木、建筑结构,在建设及使用过程中由于各种缘由会产生裂缝,裂缝参数中深度是判定裂缝对结构安全影响程度的重要指标,裂缝深度的测量作为工程质量检测难点亟待解决.测量裂缝深度的常规方法为超声波法,但检测受影响因素较多,检测精度稍差.采用基于冲击弹性波的检测方法对混凝土结构裂缝深度进行检测,冲击弹性波受水和填充物影响小,能检测的裂缝深度更大,经不断改进现已成为一种新的检测裂缝深度的方法.通过工程实例对基于冲击弹性波的检测方法的可靠性进行验证后可知,该方法测试效果显著,值得推广.
通古勒格淖尔至额尔克哈什哈公路(蒙甘界)全线穿越腾格里沙漠,穿越里程约200km,公路线路通过湖盆地带,这些湖盆地带处于沙漠腹地地势低洼处,主要为盐渍土地基.文章通过现场调查、取样与室内试验对公路沿线盐渍土的形成原因及分布特征进行了分析,得出了该路段沿线盐渍土分布特征.
针对以往基桩刚度无法准确测得的情况,从基桩动力特性基本理论出发,重新梳理了桩顶受微小激励时所产生的动态响应,给出了通过速度导纳幅频曲线中振动固有频率的位置来计算基桩刚度值的基本公式.利用室内模型试验,通过静态加载法和瞬态机械阻抗法对比测定基桩刚度值,验证了瞬态机械阻抗法测试基桩刚度值的可行性.该结果进一步说明了通过瞬态机械阻抗速度幅频曲线拾取基桩振动固有频率来确定基桩刚度值是具有实际意义的.
