Objective The aim of this study is to explore the feasibility of phosphorus-free corrosion and scaling inhibitors in circulating water system of natural gas purification plant. Methods A phosphorus-free corrosion and scaling inhibitor was developed with polyepoxysuccinic acid and zinc salt as the main raw materials. Firstly, the water quality adaptability of the inhibitor was evaluated by means of indoor rotating coupon corrosion test, static scale inhibition test, and microscopic morphology observation, which were followed by field application in the circulating water system of a single natural gas purification plant with a capacity of 150 m3. Results The indoor evaluation results showed that the corrosion rate of carbon steel could be controlled below 0.02 mm/a and the static scale inhibition efficiency was observed to exceed 90% within the range of calcium hardness of 100-600 mg/L. The field application also confirmed that the CT4-39B has favorable effects since the corrosion rate is far lower than the control value of 0.075 mm/a. At the same time, the total phosphorus contents in circulating water calculated by phosphate radical reduced from 10 mg/L to less than 0.5 mg/L, which has a positive effect of energy conservation and emission reduction. Conclusions Both the indoor studies and field tests confirm that the phosphorus-free stable operation technology has excellent effects when facing the water with calcium hardness ranging from 100 mg/L to 600 mg/L, and can effectively support the overall environmental protection upgradation of the purification plant while ensuring the stable operation of the circulating water system.

针对川西北气矿某天然气净化厂周界安防手段落后及低效问题,设计了一种基于双光谱图像的净化厂周界入侵报警系统.依靠可见光和红外两种光谱图像优势,结合深度学习目标检测算法和自定义周界区域,系统克服了单光谱图像在全天候工况下识别准确率低或漏检的问题.一方面,根据净化厂周界安防需求提出了入侵报警系统的具体方案和系统结构;另一方面,根据环境特点给出了系统的详细部署.为验证系统有效性,在净化厂周界不同地点和时间对系统进行实验验证,结果表明:给出的周界入侵系统方案能够实现对净化厂周界的全天候入侵检测与报警.净化厂周界入侵系统投入应用后,可有效降低厂区因入侵事件导致重大安全事故的风险,同时也为石油天然气行业其他场站安防建设提供了重要参考.
为了解亦庄调节池浮游动物群落结构特征,2022年对调节池一期进行群落多样性调查.结果表明,共鉴定出浮游动物4门146种,原生动物和轮虫检出种类最多,2022年8月10日首次在调节池中发现桃花水母.浮游动物密度年均值为23ind./L,从时间和空间分布来看,不同取样点的浮游动物群落结构差异较大,反映出调节池水力分布并不均匀,存在水动力缓滞区域.生物量年均值为20.80μg/L,处于贫营养水平.根据生物多样性指数法评价水体水质为清洁-轻度污染.
目的 制备一种低堆密度高强度的Claus尾气加氢水解催化剂,以解决尾气加氢水解催化剂堆密度高所造成的成本高的问题.方法 考查对氧化铝粉体和载体性能影响最大的焙烧过程,采用TG、SEM、XRD等表征手段,研究低堆密度克劳斯尾气加氢水解催化剂的制备方法,筛选出最优控制条件,提升催化剂综合性能.结果 所制备的三叶草形催化剂堆密度仅为0.50 g/cm3,载体强度达到189 N/cm,比表面积达到312 m2/g.结论 通过浸渍法制备的低堆密度催化剂显示出良好的尾气加氢水解性能,可大大降低催化剂装填成本.
