The article considers the problems of industry innovative development. The authors discuss the measures of economic management for meeting the challenges of innovative development, the factors of innovative development of industrial enterprises, and the factors constraining the growth of innovative production. It is noted that the domestic market of high-tech products is poorly developed and in need of state regulation, particularly in the machine-building sector. All participants of the innovation process need to collaborate effectively in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the industry modernization.

The authors consider the specific features of the Moscow Motor Show, in particular, note the orientation of the domestic automobile production on sale of off-roaders and crossovers.
The article reviews the state of the aviation industry in the contemporary economic conditions of the country. The complicated geopolitical situation had led to the stagnation of the domestic economy, which directly affected the state of Russian airlines. Among the most important causes there is falling demand for international flights due to the instability of the national currency, reduction of the number of tour operators. Because of the reduction in passenger traffic, the airlines suffer losses of 50-60 million rubles per year. Improvement of the situation of air carriers is possible by means of construction of own aircrafts, revaluation of passenger traffic and abolition of unprofitable flights, receiving royalties for servicing aircrafts of international companies.
The sanctions of the European Union and the USA against Russia influenced partially the import of the foreign cars. The leading foreign automakers, which have invested considerable cash resources into the economy of Russia, intend to continue the investments into the expansion of the manufacturing capacities, because the Russian car market is highly promising for them. The losses of the countries, which introduced restrictions for Russia, in the case of the banning on the export of the mechanical engineering products, will be more than 12 billion dollars.

The authors emphasize, that breaking the rules of road safety in the course of the carriage of passengers often leads to the road accidents with loss of life. The article considers the factors that influence the accident rate of the road passenger transport, as well as outlines the measures to be taken to improve the safety of passenger transportation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The authors examine advantages and disadvantages of various modes of transport, analyse the cargo and passenger transport for the period of 2011-2014. Despite the existing problems in the transport infrastructure, Russia and China plan to revive the Silk Route. This regional integration project involves not only creation of a new Eurasian transportation corridor, but also the significant strengthening of the economic cooperation in the largest continent of the world, which will result in the achievement of the objectives set by the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030.

The most promising traffic corridors are the Northern sea route, the Trans-Siberian rail route, and the “North-South corridor. The possible solution of the traffic corridors development problem is the attracting of private investments and the exploitation of advantageous geographical location for routing cargo flows from Asia to Europe.

The article deals with the data showing state of freight motor transportation in Russia in the context of general freight turnover delivered by various transport. The author discusses the major problems of the cargo transportation in Russia, including the low re-equipment rate, the traffic network formation, and the low traffic capacity of the federal roads. It is assumed, that resolution of these problems will increase the volume of traffic flow and freight turnover carried by vehicular transport.
This article summarizes the theoretical foundations of the labour management at the motor transport company. The particular measures of labour norm-setting for drivers and mechanics are examined in details, and the formulas for normative time calculation taking into account the peculiarities of the shift task are given. The authors review the systems of remuneration, incentives and awarding bonuses, which has recently become widespread at the motor transport companies. In addition, some methods of employees’ encouragement aimed at the improvement of labour effectiveness are described.

The article analyzes the ecological situation, considers the types of damage done by the motor transport and ways of rehabilitation of the damaged environments.
