Objective: Based on the principle of network pharmacology, to explore the molecular pathway and action mechanism of Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae)-Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae) on acne. Methods: TCMSP database was used to search the chemical constituents and targets of honeysuckle and forsythia. The differential target genes of acne were obtained by Gene Cards database to predict the targets related to acne in TCM. The protein-protein interaction network(PPI) was constructed by STRING platform, and the visual network diagram of TCM medicine-ingredients-key targets-main pathways was constructed. The DAVID database was used to analyze the gene enrichment of the selected target genes, so as to obtain the annotation results of GO biological function and KEGG signaling pathway, and then to explore the molecular mechanism of TCM medicine intervention on acne. Results: A total of 29 active components were predicted, involving 97 core target genes, 103 biological functions and 119 signaling pathways. Conclusion: The main active components of the couplet medicines Jinyinhua-Lianqiao intervenes acne through multiple targets and multiple pathways, mainly involving the activity of nuclear receptors, transcription factor activity, and signaling pathways such as interleukin-17(IL-17) signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor(TNF) signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
1 病历摘要 患者男,30岁.因左足拇趾趾甲根部赘生物2年余于2019年12月16日至我科就诊.患者2年余前无明显诱因左足拇趾趾甲根部出现一丘疹样皮色赘生物,无疼痛瘙痒等不适,自行用指甲刀将其刮除,其后又反复生长,后患者未予处理,皮损逐渐增大至黄豆大,有压痛,并压迫甲板出现一纵向凹槽.患者既往体健,否认局部外伤史,家族成员中无类似疾病患者.
