本文基于VBA编程语言,利用LAN网络接口在计算机与智能电桥之间进行数据传输,设计了通信电缆电阻测试软件,实现通用办公软件对测试结果的自动记录、数据处理、生成测试报告的功能.该方法使用日常办公软件,开发成本低,易于实现,也可应用于同类系统.
应答器传输单元(BTM)是动车运行控制系统的一部分,BTM车载射频同轴电缆组件主要用于信号的接收和传输,该组件必须满足动车在各项复杂环境中长期安全运行的要求,因此,不仅对电缆的传输性能提出更新更高的要求,更是对电缆的无卤低烟阻燃性能提出了较高要求.本文设计了一种阻燃B1级BTM车载射频电缆组件,并进行了试验验证,试验结果表明产品传输性能符合客户要求,阻燃性能通过GB/T31247-2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》B1级试验,保证产品了信号接收和传输的一致性,有效的减少故障延迟,且良好的阻燃性能更进一步保障动车组的运行安全.

In this paper, by measuring the ideal shielding coefficient of communication cable with different structure forms of cable shielding layer, the ideal shielding coefficient curve is obtained. The influence of different materials, different shielding material thickness and different steel strip permeability on the shielding coefficient of communication cable is analyzed, and the shielding performance of cable is improved with the increase of the thickness of aluminum tube sheath. The shielding effect of steel tape with high permeability is better than that of ordinary steel tape. This experimental result provides data support for the design and technology of communication cable with high requirement of ideal shielding coefficient. And through the analysis of the ideal shielding coefficient and sheath voltage curve, the requirements of the ideal shielding coefficient of some cables on the market and the parameters of factory products have a basic evaluation, so as to select the appropriate shielding steel strip type and aluminum tube thickness, control the shielding coefficient performance, fundamentally solve the problem that the ideal shielding coefficient of communication cable is not up to the expectation.
