Дана характеристика природных адаптогенов – экстракта корня лопуха и экстракт коры осины. Получены медицинские доказательства по их применению в профилактике и комплексном лечении постковидного синдрома. Разработаны практические рекомендации

Разработан инновационный биокомплекс в форме БАД «Тремулацин» на основе экстракта коры осины. Определены основные функциональные ингредиенты БАДа – полифенольные соединения в пересчете на танины (не менее 4,0 %) и фенолгликозиды в пересчете на салицин (не менее 2,0% при массовой доле сухих веществ 76,0 %, не более). С использованием высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии установлено, что основным действующим веществом коры осины является салицин, в меньшем количестве идентифицированы катехин и 3-оксибензойная кислота. Полифенольные соединения представлены дубильными веществами с молекулярной массой 500–3000, которые при разложении образуют пирогаллол и пирокатехин. Технология производства включает дозирование исходного сырья в реактор-стерилизатор, пастеризацию в течение 3 ч при 85 °С. После отключения нагрева проводят повторную пастеризацию через 8 ч при указанных параметрах, периодически перемешивая. Приготовленный купаж фильтруют через фильтр с номинальной тонкостью фильтрации не более 60 мкм. После охлаждения до 25…30 °С хранят в накопительном баке не более 5 ч, свыше указанного времени – при температуре 4…12 °С. После стандартизации полученной формы БАД готовый продукт направляют на фасовку, упаковку, маркировку и хранение. Определены регулируемые технологические параметры производства, сроки и режимы хранения – 2 года при температуре не выше 25 °С и влажности не более 75 %. Получены медицинские доказательства эффективности биокомплекса в качестве средства и способа лечения рецидивирующих инфекций, вызванных вирусом простого герпеса 1-го и 2-го типов, а также новой коронавирусной инфекции Sara-cov-2. Механизм действия связан с активизирующим влиянием БАДа на интерфероны ИФН-альфа и ИФН-гамма – цитоксины, осуществляющие взаимодействие между макрофагами, лимфоцитами и обеспечивающие соотношение гуморальных и клеточных звеньев в борьбе с вирусами. Рецептура и технология инновационного биокомплекса апробирована на предприятиях компании «Артлайф» по требованиям ISO 9001, 22000 и GMP. Новизна полученных результатов подтверждена Патентами РФ. An innovative biocomplex in the form of a dietary supplement, «Tremulacin», based on aspen bark extract, has been developed. The main functional ingredients of the dietary supplement have been identified: polyphenolic compounds calculated as tannins (at least 4.0 %) and phenol glycosides calculated as salicin (at least 2.0 % with a dry matter mass fraction of 76.0 %, no more). Using high-performance liquid chromatography, it was established that salicin is the main active ingredient of aspen bark, with catechin and 3-hydroxybenzoic acid identified in smaller quantities. Polyphenolic compounds are represented by tannins with a molecular weight of 500–3000, which, upon decomposition, form pyrogallol and pyrocatechol. The production technology involves dosing the feedstock into a sterilizer reactor and pasteurization for 3 hours at 85 °C. After turning off the heating, repeat pasteurization is carried out after 8 hours at the specified parameters, stirring periodically. The prepared blend is filtered through a filter with a nominal filtration fineness of no more than 60 μm. After cooling to 25…30 °C, it is stored in a storage tank for no more than 5 hours; beyond this time, at a temperature of 4…12 °C. After standardization of the resulting dietary supplement form, the finished product is sent for packaging, labeling, and storage. Regulated production parameters, shelf life, and storage conditions have been defined: 2 years at a temperature no higher than 25 °C and humidity no more than 75 %. Medical evidence has been obtained for the effectiveness of the biocomplex as a treatment and method for recurrent infections caused by the herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, as well as the novel coronavirus infection Sara-cov-2. The mechanism of action is associated with the activating effect of the dietary supplement on interferons IFN-alpha and IFN-gamma – cytoxins that mediate interactions between macrophages and lymphocytes and ensure the balance between humoral and cellular components in the fight against viruses. The formulation and technology of the innovative biocomplex have been tested at Artlife facilities in accordance with ISO 9001, 22000, and GMP requirements. The novelty of the results obtained is confirmed by Russian patents.

A formulae of a specialized encapsulated product of a biologically active additive (BAA) the ingredients of which have synergistic properties with respect to the complex nutrient – metabolic support of the organism has been developed. The article presents modified methods for the determination of dihydroquercithin, lipoic acid and phospholipids using high performance liquid chromatography. Innovative technological solutions consisting in the use of a soft gelatin capsule, ensuring the safety of biologically active components and their targeted delivery to organs and tissues were used to create the product. This functional orientation is complemented by biologically active substances that enhance the natural defense of the body in the conditions under consideration, preventing alimentary chronic diseases. It should be noted that biologically active substances include polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which are necessary for triglycerides and cholesterol standardizing, the ratio of beta and alpha - lipoproteins and rheological parameters of blood. PUFAs are the most important components of the human diet, their presence also determines the nutritional value and functional characteristics of fatty products. Consumer performance was studied. It determines informative quality indicators, including nutritional value, mg in one capsule, not less: polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA – Omega 3) – 349; dihydroquercithin – 74; phospholipids – 47; selenium, mkg – 9. The dates and storage conditions are set to not more than two years at a temperature of 25 °C in a dry place protected from light, with a “safety factor” of 3 months. Production tests were carried out at the enterprises of the Scientific and Production Association “Art Life” (Tomsk), certified according to the requirements of ISO 9001,22000 and the rules of GMP, which ensures the stability of the specified properties of the developed products.

A vitamin-mineral complex in tablet form of a biologically active additive (BAA) was developed, consisting of the following ingredients: hydroxyapatite calcium, magnesium oxide, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin C, silicon oxide, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, boron glycyrate, chromium picolinate and cholecalciferol. The qualitative and quantitative composition of prescription components is scientifically based on their biochemical and pharmacological characteristics. Evidence-based clinical materials on the effectiveness and functional orientation of dietary supplements are presented through its inclusion in the complex treatment of children with fractures of the long bones, one capsule twice (children 3–7 years old) and one capsule three times a day (8–14 years). Studied the content of phosphorus, ionized calcium, alkaline phosphatase of the blood serum, conducted x-ray, laser Doppler fluometry. The use of diet therapy reduced pain and post-traumatic soft tissue edema, which allowed us to limit the use of analgesics and reduce the time of rehabilitation. Normalized biochemical parameters. The conclusion was made about the positive effect of the vitamin-mineral complex on the functioning of the joints and the recovery processes in trophic soft tissue disorders and the development of post-traumatic edema. Recommendations were developed for representative groups of children with a traumatological profile: 3–7 years old — one capsule twice, 8–14 years old — one capsule three times a day during meals. A specialized product is produced at the enterprises of the ArtLife company (Tomsk), certified according to the requirements of international standards 9001,22000 and GMP rules, ensuring competitiveness and stability of quality characteristics.

The aim of the study – the clinical approbation of a new phytocomplex in the complex therapy of acute respiratory diseases. Materials and methods. Thirty patients with acute respiratory diseases were examined, whose diet, during 28 days, included a specialized product in the form of a phytocomplex of 1 capsule 2 times a day. Clinical trials were carried out on the basis of the city hospital N 3 (Tomsk). Results. The parameters of changes in clinical symptoms of the disease, hematological tests, subpopulation composition of peripheral blood lymphocytes, serum IFN-γ content indicate activation of the antiviral response of immunocompetent cells, reduction of the inflammatory process, acceleration of the processes of relief of the general intoxication syndrome, which as a whole makes it possible to shorten the duration of the disease. The conclusion. Clinical evidence of the effectiveness of the tested form of biologically active additive with the presence of anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effect was obtained. Phytopreparation can be recommended in the complex therapy of acute respiratory diseases and the prevention of their occurrence.

A recipe formula for the new type of biologically active additive (BAA) "Neurostabil" has been developed taking into account the pharmacological characteristics of the active principles of the initial ingredients and their synergistic properties with respect to the correction of metabolic processes. Along with local plant raw materials the recipe includes vitamin preparations (retinol, tocopherol, riboflavin, thiamine, pyridoxine, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, cyanocobalamine, folic and ascorbic acids), minerals and vitamin premix. An innovative tabletting technology for a specialized product has been proposed and tested. Moderate technological parameters of production: granulate drying at (65 ± 5) °C to 5–7 % of residual moisture and other processes at room temperature provide stability of consumer and functional properties. Regulated quality indicators, including nutritional values, terms and modes of storage have been determined: 3 years in a dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not higher than 25 °C. The efficacy of BAA is confirmed by conducting clinical testing in representative groups of patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach, duodenum in combination with hypertension. The parameters of the acid-forming function, the dynamics of the endoscopic and morphological picture of the stomach, the number of nucleic acids in duodenal and gastric aspirates, as well as the indices of psychosomatic disorders, clinical manifestations before and after complex diet therapy have been studied. The ability of a specialized product to reduce the symptoms of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, positively influence the epithelization of erosion of the stomach, reduce inflammation and the manifestation of gastritis is demonstrated. Improvement of the psycho-emotional state of patients is noted. The developed product is tested and produced at the enterprises of R&D “Art Life”, (Tomsk).

Currently, the range of deer antler products is actively expanded and used both in the filed of drug industry and as specialized food products, including dietary supplements. Functional orientation and effectiveness of the active principles of antlers are due to peculiar and unique chemical composition of the blood and antlers of deer and depend on their processing method. In Russia the following types of deer are used for producing products made of antlers: elk, Manchurian deer, dappled deer, and reindeer. Antlers and blood of these deer are considered the best for therapeutic action on the human body. The materials characterizing the consumer performance and functional orientation of “Pantogematogen-S” obtained from the blood of Altai elk are presented. The following consumer performance characteristics are studies: the appearance, smell, taste, dispersion, humidity, authenticity, quantitative content of Pantogematogen, proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, and energy value. Tests are carried out after the production process, as well as after 2.5 years of their storage in the conditions of home cooler. It is shown that after the specified shelf life expiration, no changes in the content of Pantohematogen are observed. This is a defining criterion of the product quality and its functional orientation. The sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-toxicological wellbeing of the developed product has been distinguished by microbiological parameters, the content of toxic elements, pesticides, antibiotics, and radionuclides. The authenticity of Pantohematogen according to hemoglobin absorption spectrum in the range from 480 to 650 nM has been proved. The research results allow us determining regulated quality indicators characterizing the consumer and functional properties of the test product. The stability of quality characteristics is provided by gentle production process parameters: temperature condition at 36–40 °C and high vacuum (–1 absolute atmosphere). Functional orientation of Pantohematogen is associated with the characteristic of its active principles and is characterized by immunomodulatory, antianemic effect and positive effect on metabolism, digestion, mental and physical performance.

The evidence of the effectiveness and functional orientation of the new plant-based type of enterosorbent which contains “Fitosorbovit” biologically active additive (BAA), the formulation of which consists of ingredients that have a synergistic action in respect of the claimed functional properties. The dietotherapy was carried out by the inclusion of a specialized product in the diet of trial subjects who suffer from vegetative-vascular dystonia. The biochemical status with determination of sugar in liver transaminases, thymol turbidity test, and total protein of blood is studied. A favorable effect of biologically active additives on cholesterol metabolism on the basis of the content of the free level and group value of this indicator is discovered. Overall health and physical activity improvement is shown, which gives evidence of positive changes in the quality of life.  Normalization of the cerebral cortex function and higher nervous activity, which is manifested in the reduction of frequency of complaints, improvement of emotional status, muscle tone, improvement of initiatives and mental alertness is pointed out. The “Fitosorbovit” BAA improves motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and liver function, and has a mild laxative effect. Specialized product can be recommended as a preventive measure and complex treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, as well as to prevent a biliary dyskinesia.

Фактор питания является одним из основных в достижении спортивных результатов и сохранении здоровья спортсменов наряду с методическими и психологическими аспектами подготовки. Особое место среди нутриентной поддержки занимают биологически активные добавки (БАД) с использованием природного растительного и животного сырья с учетом их эффективности и доступности. Важное значение уделяется научному обоснованию рецептурных формул БАД с учетом возраста,пола, вида спорта и синергического влияния отдельных компонентов на обменные процессы в организме. Разработаны новые виды БАД для спортивного питания в различные периоды соревновательной деятельности «Вазотон», «Аровитол»,«Виталайф». В основу формирования рецептурного состава БАД положены литературные данные, материалы собственных исследований по влиянию действующих начал на процессы метаболизма в тренировочный, соревновательный и восстановительный периоды, обеспечивающие в целом конечный результат. Специализированные продукты прошли антидопинговый контроль и рекомендованы в питании спортсменов.

В статье представлены результаты проведённого исследования по определению безопасности тонизирующих (энергетических) напитков трёхфакторным регрессионным анализом с помощью математической модели качества. Исследование выполнено на половозрелых крысах линии Wistar обоего пола в соответствии с требованиями, предъявляемыми к содержанию и гуманному обращению с экспериментальными животными. Животные употребляли водный раствор экстракта лимонникакитайского из расчета 4 мкг экстракта на 100 г массы тела. Цель исследования оценить риск развития токсических или побочных эффектов при употреблении напитка с лимонником китайским на основании результатов, полученных при доклиническом испытании на экспериментальных животных с помощью математической модели изменения активности лактатдегидрогеназы (ЛДГ) по количественным показателям активности аланинаминотрасферазы (АЛТ), аспартамаминотрансферазы (АСТ), креатинкиназы (КК). Риск повреждения клеточных мембран оценивали по количественному содержанию гликолитического фермента ЛДГ, активность которого повышается выше референтных значений 170-480 Ед/л при токсических повреждениях клеток и тканей сердца, почек, печени и головного мозга. Получены уравнения регрессии, описывающие изменения активности ЛДГ в зависимости от X 1 АЛТ, Х 2 АСТ, Х 3 КК у лабораторных животных обоего пола, принимающих напиток с лимонником китайским. Показана значимость всех коэффициентов уравнений регрессии, так как их значения находятся между нижней и верхней границей доверительного интервала. Теоретически обоснована возможность применения в качестве биомаркёра повреждения клеточных мембран изменение активности ЛДГ у лабораторных животных, принимающих напиток с лимонником китайским. У лабораторных животных наблюдалось снижение ЛДГ в пределах нормы, что свидетельствует о биологической безопасности напитка для организма человека.

A chronic imbalance in the diet inevitably leads to the emergence and development of alimentary diseases, resulting in the loss of health and efficiency. The problem of a lack of essential nutrient materials is aggravated by the increase in their expenses due to an increased level of metabolism during muscular activities, which are accompanied by psycho-emotional stress. The effective solution of diet and health correction are biologically active additives (BAA), which are successfully used in the practice of maintaining a high level of physical performance in the preparatory and competitive periods, activation of recovery processes after the competition. New formulas of sport products “Discovery” and “Memory Rise” with regard to the analysis of actual diets of athletes, such as bicycle riders and biathletes, and physiological standards of consumption of essential nutrients are developed. The authors prove the efficiency of using the specialized products during the training and competitive processes, improving work performance and adaptation reserves of the organism of athletes. The obtained materials enable to making the following conclusions: young and qualified athletes should perform the correction of a vitamin status depending on a season, intensity of physical activity and a period of the training process; the efficiency of using “Discovery” and “Memo rise” BAAs by cyclists and biathletes is shown. An additional nutritional factor is required to create optimal conditions for mobilization and utilization of energy substrates in the body, replace the losses of vital nutrients and activate metabolic processes during training and competitive loads, providing stress effects on the body of athletes and sometimes exceeding its adaptive reserves.

Решение вопросов профилактики алиментарно-зависимых заболеваний является одним из приоритетных направлений государственной политики в области здорового питания различных групп населения Российской Федерации. Цель настоящего исследования изучение роли фактора питания в предупреждении широко распространенных желудочно-кишечных и сердечно-сосудистых патологий. Объектом исследования являлась новая форма биологически активной добавки (БАД)«Нейростабил», представляющая собой комплекс биологически активных соединений и растительного сырья. Функциональные свойства специализированного продукта обусловлены входящими в его состав витаминами С, А, Е, D, В1, В2, В3, В6, В12, РР, фолиевой кислоты, биотина, корня пиона, шишек хмеля, травы душистой и пустырника, альфа-глутаминовой кислоты. Получены результаты клинических испытаний функциональной направленности и эффективности БАД путем ее использования в комплексной терапии больных язвенной болезнью желудка, двенадцатиперстной кишки в сочетании с гипертонией. Изучали показатели кислотообразующей функции, динамику эндоскопической и морфологической картины желудка, количества нуклеиновых кислот в дуоденальных и желудочных аспиратах, показателей психосоматических расстройств, клинические проявления до и после комплексной диетотерапии. Показано, что разработанный продукт способствует коррекции обменных нарушений при указанных заболеваниях. Основной вектор такого влияния направлен на раннее купирование основных симптомов язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, эпителизацию эрозии желудка, уменьшение воспаления и активности гастрита, улучшение психоэмоционального состояния больных. Наиболее выраженный эффект наблюдается при курсовом применении БАД в сочетании с антисекреторным препаратом и эрадикационной терапии. Разработаны методические рекомендации по использованию специализированного продукта в различные фазы обострения болезни.

Today, special products are widely used for the prevention and comprehensive treatment of common diseases. The authors have developed a special dietary food named “Light Mood” sweet bar (“Legkoye Nastroenie”). The purpose of this research is to carry out clinical trials of the product for the diet of patients with functional constipation. In this paper composition and quantitative characteristics of the bar recipe ingredients, including apples, raisins, dried plums, senna extract, field caraway, oats, acacia rubber, wheat bran (dietary) are scientifically proved. Clinical testing of the derived food has been carried out by including it into the diet of patients with functional constipation. The diagnosis has been made by a gastroenterologist after profound patient work-up on the basis of anamnesis, a physical examination data, laboratory and instrumental investigation results and the data of diagnostic testing of life quality over time on treatment. The test persons have eaten 1–2 pieces of the special food for 15 days before bedtime. The dynamics of clinical symptomatology after taking the special food has been studied. The majority of patients, 87% showed better general state of health, more often defecation; 85% of them had daily defecation in the morning. The quality of life in the course of dietary therapy was higher in comparison with the control group according to the indices of pain sensation, emotional state, physical activity and total number of points. Favourable evolution of both objective and subjective condition of the patients has been revealed. No negative reaction of internal organs, nervous system, cardiovascular system and skin cover was revealed. The obtained data proved the efficiency and functional orientation with reference to functional constipation preventative measures and treatment. The sweet bar “Light Mood” is also recommended for increasing the body resistance to unfavorable environment, stress situations, psychoemotional and physical exertion, for recovery of normal defecation and improving of defectation in the conditions combined with other somatic diseases.

In the process of production, it is necessary to control the quality and safety of products. In addition, each manufacturer determines his way of control. In the age of information technologies, modern management calls on producers to analyze not only quality errors but the data collected that allows you to see the frequency of occurrence of certain defects. The proposed project (program) is aimed at automated recording and analysis of quality errors thanks to the use of computer technology and statistical methods, as well as 6 Sigma methodology of modern management. To develop the program the existing and potential causes of bread rejection have been analyzed, and the most common defects have been listed. Based on the data obtained a Microsoft Office Excel defects data processing program has been created. It makes possible to prepare the month and annual reports automatically, eliminating the human factor. As a result recommendations on optimization of the process “Product quality control”, by the example of bread production have been developed. A new form of the final month report which reflects the information on the volume of output in the past month, the number of defects, the frequency of a defect occurrence, as well as a defect-free level according to the “6 Sigma” methodology has been developed. A sub-process “Analysis and reporting” has been automated with the help of a computer technology. To test the program a list of shortcomings and defects in groups of bread defects has been formed and ranked.
