近年来,固原市深入贯彻新发展理念生态文明思想,打好生态牌,做足水文章,推进河湖水域岸线管理保护,维护河湖健康生命,水环境质量进一步改善,水生态环境治理取得显著成效。但不容忽视的是,固原市还存在部分河道断面、重点水库水质不能稳定达标、工业园区环保投入不足,污水在线监测等环保设施配套不够齐全,环保监管能力不足等问题。实施山水田林湖草综合治理、加大“散、乱、污”企业及面源污染治理力度、开展美丽河湖示范建设等无疑成为固原市水生态环境治理的着力点。
因疫情防控需要,高校采取“相对封闭管理”,倡导学生“非必要不出校”,国家也越来越重视新冠疫情下高职学生的心理问题以及疏导方法。为了进一步提高高职学生的心理抵抗力,需要根据实际情况做好工作措施处理,减少个性群体的焦虑感,做好部门工作部署,完善心理疏导工作,制定精确化的管理措施,做好全员抗击疫情工作。因此,论文主要针对新冠肺炎疫情下高职学生的心理问题及疏导方法进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。

冠状动脉微血管分布的范围是非常广泛的,其结构和功能不能为常规冠脉造影技术显示,导致对其的重视程度不够。通过实践研究发现,冠状动脉微循环障碍将有可能成为心血管疾病和心肌病的发病机理,为此,对冠脉微循环障碍病理学机制和分型研究是非常有必要的,论文主要对其病理学机制和分型进行了研究,以便能够对诊断和治疗提供相应的帮助。
The study of the ecological environment of cultural and creative enterprises’ investment and financing in park referencing the theory of ecological can provide reliable basis to optimize the enterprises’ ecological environment. Through the interview of entrepreneurs in 15 cultural and creative enterprises in park in Beijing and Tianjin, by the coding, the ecological environment of investment and financing in cultural and creative enterprises in park is becoming clear. The study found that: the ecological environment of investment and financing in cultural and creative enterprises in park has multidimensional nature. The frequencies of the policy system and financial environment mentioned in the interview are 93% and 87%, respectively; the impact on the investment and financing is significantly. Although the frequencies of technology, social and cultural environment mentioned are relatively low, they provide the material base of investment and financing.
Different morphologies of Bismuth Sodium Titanate (Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3, abbreviated as NBT) powders have been successfully prepared via a hydrothermal method using titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4), bismuth nitrate (Bi(NO3)3·5H2O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as titanium, bismuth, sodium source, respectively, and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as miner- alizing agent, too. The effect of reactive parameters, including NaOH concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on the powders morphologies, was studied. The results show that: NaOH concentration is the main parameter which affects the morphology of NBT powders, and when the NaOH concentration is 14 M, hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time affect more on the crystallinity of NBT powders, and the effect they make on the morphology of NBT powders is not evident.
