Influence of sulfate of cadmium on fetus thymus is investigated at introduction to Vistar rats from 1 st to the 16 th days of pregnancy. The area of thymus cortical substance decreases. The increase of perishing cagcellses is defined, the quantity of cells with figures of mitoses and lymphocytes of all stages of maturing decreases. Total thymus area and total number thymocytes decreases. The revealed changes correspond to a picture of accidental involutionof thymus. At the combined introduction of cadmium and zinc the quantity of lymphocytes is restored, structure of the epithelial cells is normalizing. However the bigger quantity of the apoptosis bodies than in intact control is revealed.
By means of standard anthropometric techniques at 17-20 year-old teenage girls communication of somatotype and formation of genesial function of the woman is revealed. The earliest puberty is distinctive for euryplastic type, and most later for the shallow constitution. Physiologically optimum option of formation of menstrual function is distinctive for athletic and mesoplastic somatotype.
At experiment on rats the cellular structure of lymphoid follicles of deep cervical lymph nodes of rats is studied at cerebral staphylococcal infection in the conditions ofklaforan application with lymphostimulation usage. Revealed issues: 1) staphylococcal neuroinfection oppresses lymphocytopoetic function of lymph node; 2) klaforan with application of lymphostimulation has protective effect on lymphoid fabric, promotes aggravation of inflammatory process, activates lymphocytopoetic function of deep cervical lymph nodes.
The features of the structural organization of pelvic lymph nodes are defined in norm, at chronic alcoholic intoxication and venous stagnation in small pelvis and also at phytocorrection. Chronic alcoholic intoxication leads to violation of a lymphatic drainage. There is a compensatory strengthening of transport function of lymph nodes at venous stagnation in small pelvis against chronic alcoholic intoxication. Application of phytomedicine «MaksiSil» intensifies transport and lymphopoetic functions of pelvic lymph nodes that leads to restoration of structure of lymph nodes.
Classical osteometric research of skeletal series of the Sopka-2 multilayered burial ground was conducted. Dynamics of osteometric indicators reflects the process of formation of the specialized morphotypes having lived in one territory at termly changing climatic and landscape conditions. Considerable distinctions in such values, as body length, indicators of massiveness of tubular bones and their form are revealed. The man’s population of Eneolithic Age had quite high body height about 173 cm, body height of women is much lower 153,5 cm. Body height of men from bronze era in average is 162 cm, and it practically hasn’t changed at women 154,3 cm.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: to study the changes of an extracellular matrix of a fibrous ring of intervertebral disks at modelling staphylococcal infection. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 18 males Wistar with tibia bone osteomyelitis and 6 control animals; histochemistry and immunohistochemistry on the basis of the automatic analysis of fibrocartilage image at 1, 2 and 3 months after osteomyelitis development. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: reorganization of the extracellular matrix of the fibrous ring has been revealed at the long-term staphylococcal infection that is the response to occurring degenerative changes in intervertebral disks.
Morphological changes in fatty tissue after single ultrasonic influence of variousduration in diagnostic regimen were studied with light microscopy. Such influence leads to hyperemia, lymphostasis and augmentation of vascular permeability. Expression of changes increases in process of augmentation of duration of influence. All detected changes are reversible, and the majority of them return to initial level within 1-2 days. Development and application of the actions referred to depression of edema and stabilization of vascular wall both during the US procedure and right after it are expedient.
It is shown that short-term consumption of radon water influences on detoxification component of drainage detoxification functions of lymphatic system in experiment on rats. There is activation of metabolic processes in the lymphatic region of small bowel, drainage function in wall of small bowel and regional lymph node with morphofunctional signs of activation of local mechanisms of immune protection is enlarged, the blood flow amplifies.
Morphological changes of mucosa of oral cavity at rats with chronic renal failure (CRF) of various degrees were studied with the methods of light microscopy. It was revealed that in 6 months after modeling the CRF of mild and average degree own plate of mucosa of oral cavity is diffusive infiltrated with leucocytes, the volume density of components of vascular and lymphatic channel increases. At serious CRF rats have atrophy and hyperkeratosis of epithelium of mouth mucosa, own mucosa plates have sclerosed, the numerical density of leucocytes is considerably enlarged there, first of all, neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and fine leukocytic infiltrates are formed. Besides, at CRF of average and serious degree the quantity of eosinocytes and plasmocytes that points to possible presence of appreciable allergic component at initiation and inflammation maintenance at mouth tissues at CRF increases in own plate of mucosa of oral cavity.
The regional positive effect of intraoperative extracorporal controlled splenojugular shunting on morphofunctional state of small bowel at modeling the intermittent option of Pringle-maneuver (15 + 5) during 80 minutes with crossclamping of portal triad is proved in experiment on dogs. Positive dynamics of portal pressure with conservation of hemomicrocirculatory bloodstream and structure of small bowel due to local venous plethora cupping by offered way is revealed. Indicators of portal hemodynamic, state of hemomicrocirculatory bloodstream and fabric structures of small bowel are investigated.
The development of hepatopulmonary syndrome at intrahepatic portal hypertension, caused by hemihepatectomy, against ligation of v. azygos main porto-caval anastomosis is investigated in experiment on dogs. It is proved that ligation of unpaired vein causes rather considerable rising of pressure in small circle of blood circulation and depression of pulmonary and arterial and pulmonary blood flow and tissular blood flow, than at usual hemihepatectomy. Herewith the diameters of terminal arteriole of lungs, precapillaries, capillaries, post-capillaries and venules were also more in comparison with resection of half of liver without ligation of unpaired vein.
Complex research of time diversified skeleton series from burial ground of the «Sopka-2» located in territory of the Novosibirsk region was conducted. The program of paleopathological researches was used, pathological changes and physiological stress markers were registered, and also the histological and radiological methods of research were applied. The features of postcranial skeleton structure at inhabitants of different historical periods have been educed. The analysis of the received data allows assuming the successive formation of special morphotype of the ancient populations adapted for residing in acutely continental climate.
Application of chitosan promotes the early termination of inflammation and earlier development of granulations and cuticularization. Also it allows to accelerate the clarification of wounds from purulent-nekrotic wound effluent in 1,5-2 times, providing further smoother wound process; it reduces wound infection and allows to liquidate purulent and necrotic pellicle faster. Chitosan application reduces the general intoxication and hypostasis of soft fabrics, promotes full healing of wounds in 1,5 times faster, than at the spontaneous treatment.
Comparative research of morphological indicators of drainage function of mesenteric lymphonodus is conducted at long application of Novosibirsk region natural waters with different mineral structure. Various maintenance of chlorides, ammonia, and such microelement as Mg, Fe, Mn, differently influence on sinus lymphonodus system. It is noted, both its activation, and function decrease.
