Using the model assumptions can significantly increase the quality of the description of the material moisture due to the potential of moisture in the material. This work is devoted to a comparative evaluation of models of equilibrium moisture content in wheat. The purpose to choose the most informative model of moisture in building materials.

The article is devoted to the development of the diagram of thermodynamic state of gas-vapor mixture of acetone and nitrogen. The application of the developed diagrams for modeling of the process of condensation of acetone from a mixture with nitrogen has been considered. By the means of the phase diagram the number of condensed acetone at an optimum temperature for the simulation results of the condensation process has been determined.
The article studies the process of the final distillation of acetone-oil miscellas in the cleaning technology of phosphatidic concentrates using an inert component nitrogen. A model of nitrogen purging through the layer of treated miscella in deodorizing camera at the final stage of distillation has been considered. The specific number of moles of nitrogen supply to the number of moles of oil has been determined.
