การวจยครงนเปนการวจยเชงคณภาพ มวตถประสงคเพอศกษา 1) ความจำเปนในการจดจางแรงงานตางดาว 2) การจดการแรงงานตางดาว 3) ปญหาและอปสรรคในการจดการแรงงานตางดาว ใชวธการสมภาษณผประกอบการสถานประกอบการแปรรปอาหารทะเล หวหนางานคมแรงงานตางดาว และกลมแรงงานตางดาวททำงานในสถานประกอบการ โดยการสมภาษณเชงลกจากการเลอกกลมตวอยางแบบเจาะจง โดยนำขอมลทไดมาตรวจสอบความครบถวนและความถกตองของขอมลแบบสามเสา วเคราะหเนอหา สรปผลการศกษา และนำเสนอผลการศกษาในรปแบบการการพรรณนา ผลการศกษาพบวา 1) สถานประกอบการแปรรปอาหารทะเล มความจำเปนในการจดจางแรงงานตางดาว เนองจากตองการแรงงานในภาคการผลต การขาดแคลนแรงงานไทย การบรหารตนทน การเพมประสทธภาพในการผลต และเพอสรางความไดเปรยบทางการแขงขน 2) การจดการแรงงานตางดาว เรมจากการวางแผนโดยการพยากรณ คาดคะเน การสรรหาและคดเลอกใหไดแรงงานตางดาวมาทำงาน การฝกฝนและสอนงานใหแรงงานตางดาวทำงานไดไมเกดความผดพลาด กำหนดคาแรงตามมาตรฐานและมสงจงใจ การประเมนผลงานเพอใหแรงงานตางดาวมความตงใจ กระตนใหทำงาน การขนทะเบยนแรงงานตางดาวอยางถกกฎหมาย ไปจนการเลกจางแรงงานตางดาว 3) สภาพปญหาและอปสรรคในการจดการแรงงานตางดาว สวนใหญคอการสอสาร เนองจากแรงงานตางดาวใชภาษาพมา ปญหาดานการกำหนดคาแรงและการขนเงนเดอนทางสถานประกอบการไมสามารถกำหนดคาแรง ไดเองเหมอนเมอกอน การขนเงนเดอนทไมเทากน ทำใหมความไมพอใจเกดขน ปญหาการลาออก แรงงานตางดาวมการลาออกอยางกะทนหน ปญหาดานสวสดการ แรงงานตองการไดรบเงนโบนสทกป ปญหาดานกฎหมายแรงงาน มความเขาใจผดเรองการใชแรงงานเดกทมอายตำกวา 18 ป เพราะพบเดกภายในสถานประกอบการ สดทายปญหาดานวฒนธรรม ประเพณ บางครงวฒนธรรมประเพณของแรงงานตางดาวจะตรงกบเวลางาน สงผลกระทบตอการผลตประโยชนทไดรบจากการวจยครงน ทำใหสถานประกอบการสามารถนำขอมลทไดไปใชเปนแนวทางในการบรหารจดการแรงงานตางดาวแบบยงยน มสวนชวยในการปรบปรงและแกไขขอบกพรอง ในกระบวนการจดการแรงงานตางดาว เพอใหไดแรงงานตางดาวทมประสทธภาพในการทำงาน ใหกบสถานประกอบการ This is the qualitative research which aimed to study 1) the need to hire migrantworkers 2) management of migrant workers and 3) barriers to manage migrant workers. The interview was done with the entrepreneur, the Thai foreman, and the group of migrant workers who work in seafood processing establishments in Amphoe Mueang, Samut Sakhon. The results of the study illustrated that 1) the seafood processing establishments are in need of hiring migrant workers due to the need in the labor sector, the shortage of Thai labor, cost management, optimizing production, and creating a competitive advantage.2)The management of migrant worker. begin with planning consists of forecasting the number of migrant workers, recruitment and selection in order to obtain the efficient migrant workers, training and coaching in order to help them work as the establishments want and to reduce an error in the manufacturing process, wage determination and incentives for the satisfaction and loyalty, work evaluation for the willingness and motivation to work, and the migrant registration including the process of unemployment. 3)Barriers to manage migrant workers were commonly about: The communication, because the migrant workers use Burmese language for communication. The problem relating to wage determination and salary increase since the establishments could not determine the wage by themselves. The different of salary increase may be built migrant worker unsatisfied. The problem relating resignation suddenly. The problem relating to the welfare because the workers need the annual bonus income. The issue about the labor legislation since the external inspector misunderstood about the use of labors aged below 18 who actually are the children of the migrant workers. The last issue is the culture and tradition. Sometimes, their cultural or traditional activities are held during working hour which affects the manufacturing process. The benefit of this research is that the enterprises can use the data as a guideline to manage the migrant workers sustainably, to adjust and modify the defect inthe management of migrant workers’ processin order to improve the work performance of the migrant workers.

การวจยนมวตถประสงค 1) เพอศกษาการจดการสนเชอของธนาคารอสลามแหงประเทศไทย สาขานครปฐม2) เพอศกษาแนวทางการปรบปรงโครงสรางหนของธนาคารอสลามแหงประเทศไทย สาขานครปฐม เกบรวบรวมขอมลโดยวธศกษาจากเอกสารและสมภาษณเชงลกกลมผใหขอมลไดแก ผจดการ ผชวยผจดการสนเชอ เจาหนาทสนเชอ ผจดการสวนและเจาหนาทฝายพฒนาคณภาพหนและกฎหมาย ลกคาทใชบรการสนเชอของสาขานครปฐมไมนอยกวา 1 ป ทงสนเชอบคคลและสนเชอธรกจ รวมทงสน 9 คน และนำขอมลทไดมาวเคราะหเนอหา สรปผลการศกษาและนำเสนอผลการศกษาในรปแบบการพรรณนาความ ผลการวจยพบวา 1)ธนาคารอสลามแหงประเทศไทย สาขานครปฐมสามารถตอบสนองนโยบายทางดานสนเชอ โดยสาขามการจดการสนเชอทคำนงถงหลกศาสนา ความสมบรณ ความถกตอง รวมถงความเปนปจจบนของขอมล ซงจะทำใหสามารถคาดการณฐานะทางการเงนในอนาคตของลกคาวามความสามารถชำระหนตามทตกลงกน เพอลดความเสยงในการวเคราะหสนเชอ นอกจากนตองคำนงถงกฎระเบยบในการปฏบตงานตามทธนาคารแหงประเทศไทยกำหนด สำหรบลกคาทเรมมปญหาในการชำระหนจะมมาตรการผอนปรนเงอนไขการชำระหนใหแกลกคา 2) ในกรณทลกคาไมสามารถปฏบตตามเงอนไขหรอไมใหความรวมมอในการชำระหนเกนระยะเวลาทกำหนด สาขาจะโอนลกคาใหฝายพฒนาคณภาพหนและกฎหมายดแลปรบปรงโครงสรางหนโดยคำนงถงหลกศาสนาและแนวทางการปฏบตของธนาคาร โดยคำนงถงความสามารถของลกคา เพอใหธนาคารมโอกาสรบชำระหนคนสงสด ซงเปนประโยชนในการดำเนนกจการของธนาคารและลกคา อกทงยงเปนการปองกนและลดปรมาณหนดอยคณภาพ ประโยชนจากงานวจยนสามารถทำใหผสนใจเขาใจสถานการณปจจบนของธนาคารและรบรถงมาตรฐานการดำเนนงาน การแกปญหาและการปองกนการเกดหนเสยของธนาคารตลอดจนสามารถเปนแนวทางในการพฒนาการอำนวยสนเชอและการปรบปรงโครงสรางหนตอผปฏบตงานของธนาคารอสลามแหงประเทศไทยได The purpose of this study is to learn about 1) Islamic Bank of Thailand, Nakhon Pathom Branch’s loan management, 2) to understand the Islamic Bank of Thailand, Nakhon Pathom Branch’s guide line of conduct to debt restructuring. This research collects data from document and in-depth interview of the sample group which are bank manager, loan assistant manager, loan officer, department manager, and debt restructuring and legal officer, regular customers of loan product at the bank for no less than a year for both personal loan and business loan, total 9 people to use these collected data for analysis and in order to present the created content in descriptive style. The research found that 1) the Islamic Bank of Thailand, Nakhon Pathom Branch is able to cater the customers need as the branch employs the religious principle in dealing with loan management, whether it be in regard of completeness, righteousness, and the up-to-date status of the information. This helps the bank able to assess customer’s future financial situation in regard to customer’s payback performance in order to reduce risk. Furthermore, the bank also takes consideration in regard of the regulation of Bank of Thailand.For customers who may have struggle with payback, the bank tries to accommodate and compromise the loan condition with the customer. 2) in the event that the customer can no longer stick to the plan or does not participate to repay within the term, the branch then transfer the customer to debt restructuring and legal officer who would handle the situation under the principle of religion and bank in general as well. The officer takes into consideration the customer’s performance in order that the bank may secure the optimal payback, which is a profit from customer’s business. This also helps prevent and reduce bad debt. The benefit gained from this research is that it helps those who are interested to know the current condition of the bank and its standard, along with how it handle the situation and prevent bad debt. This research also offers guideline to an improvement in the bank’s loan origination for bank’s officer.

The semi structured in-depth interview was used to collect data. The research instrument was interview form and data analysis was done for the data interviewed among the Ban Nong Kho Kai farmers in Phetchburi. The results found that the farmers of Ban Nong Kho Kai lived their lives by relying on self-reliance principles of the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy which were 5 aspects including mind, society, natural resources and environment, technology and economy resulting in quality life without burdening others and they lived happily following the Philosophy of sufficiency economy. The study was the qualitative research studying on head and staff of the Pran Buri Forest Park, The Ban Klong Kao ecotourism team, entrepreneurs, and travelers by using in-depth interview tool. Data were analyzed by the objectives of the study and conclusians. And to present by describes the patterns. The findings of this research indicated that 1) the ecotourism operations of 3 way as tourism awareness, to tourists impressed and the involvement of the community. Through reforestation activities and nature cruises. But there were limits of budget and waste water management. 2) the economic relationship between communities and ecotourism operations of the Pran Buri Forest Park found that economic interdependence, the mutual benefit to the economic and created sustainable economic opportunities to the community. And 3) the discussion of tourists to ecotourism operations in the Pran Buri Forest Park found that the tourist had impression to naturally, mangrove forest ecosystem, safeness, separation, cleanliness of location, kindliness’s staff and person in community. Therefore the result in case study it can be using forward to income distribution and the created sustainable economic opportunities to the community. The research participants comprised of 296 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a content validity of 0.95. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, statistical analysis of Variance, Correlation Coefficient and Simple Linear Regression Model. The results shew that: The overall Buddhist Management and Academic Achievement of students were at a high level. The students with different gender, ages, fields of study, years of study, educational foundation before entering a college and GPA did not affect Buddhist Management without statistical significance. Students with different genders and years of study affected Academic Achievement by difference in statistical significance. Students of different ages, educational foundation before entering a college and GPA did not affect the overall Academic Achievement. The Buddhist Management had a positive influence on the Academic Achievement with statistical significance The results of this study will serve as a basis of consideration for use as a guideline in the formulation of a comprehensive administration policy. ( 2 ) Studying to the certainty of the local Cable TV product (3) Studying to the local cable TV Service offerings. That was affect to the certainty for the consumer, to 5 aspects that to the certainty of the local Cable TV product. This Quantitative research key informant by a questionnaire and the target was the consumer in Bangkhae district, Bangkok who that used the local Cable TV services amount 400 peoples , Using by a sample regression analysis for the hypothesis. The research findings were as follows: The recognize local Cable TV services for 5 aspects that was affect to the certainty of the local Cable TV product in high level and the recognize services of local Cable TV services for 5 aspects that was affect to the local Cable TV product. บทคดยอ การวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอ 1) เพอศกษารปแบบและลกษณะการใหบรการของบรษท ชบบ (ประเทศไทย) จำกด 2) ศกษาคณภาพการใหบรการของบรษท ชบบ (ประเทศไทย) จำกด 3) ศกษาปญหาและอปสรรคในการใหบรการของบรษท ชบบ (ประเทศไทย) จำกด 4) หาแนวทางในการพฒนาคณภาพการใหบรการของบรษท ชบบ (ประเทศไทย) จำกด ใชวธการสมภาษณเชงลกเพอเกบรวบรวมขอมลจากกลมผใหขอมลไดแก ผบรหารระดบสง พนกงานผปฏบตงานดานการใหบรการ และลกคาผใชบรการของบรษท ชบบ (ประเทศไทย) จำกด ในเขตกรงเทพมหานครและปรมณฑล รวมจำนวน 19 คน โดยนำขอมลมาวเคราะหตามวตถประสงคและเปรยบเทยบหาขอสรป แลวนำเสนอในรปแบบการพรรณนาความ ผลการศกษาพบวา บรษทมขนตอนการดำเนนงานทชดเจนตามหลกจรรยาบรรณของบรษท เนนความรวดเรว ถกตองและใหความสำคญตอความตองการของลกคาเปนหลกสำคญ อกทงบรษทยงไดรบความนาเชอถอไววางใจในดานคณภาพการใหบรการเนองจากความเปนมออาชพ มการตดตอสอสารและเอาใจใสในการใหบรการ ทำใหสามารถตอบสนองตอปญหาและแกไขสถานการณไดอยางรวดเรว แตกยงพบกบปญหาดานทกษะความรความชำนาญในการใหบรการเมอมการพฒนาเทคโนโลยใหมๆ ปญหาการแขงขนในดานราคาการใหบรการกบคแขงทางการคาซงเปนขอจำกดสำคญในกลมผใชบรการทมขนาดเลก รวมไปถงการผลดเปลยนพนกงานบอยทำใหเกดปญหาในการตดตอประสานงานกบลกคาเพอการใหบรการทดอกดวย จากผลการศกษา และขอเสนอแนะ สามารถนำไปใชเปนแนวทางในการพฒนาคณภาพการใหบรการของบรษท โดยการทำสญญาคคากบตวแทนจำหนายรายตางๆ เพอทจะไดมสนคาพรอมตลอดเวลา ลดปญหาระยะเวลาในการจดสงและทสำคญไดอปกรณในราคาทถกกวา รวมทงมผเชยวชาญคอยดแลการตดตงใชงานอปกรณและสนบสนนการฝกอบรมพนกงานใหมความรความเขาใจและสามารถใชงานระบบอปกรณไดอยางถกตองเชยวชาญและมประสทธภาพ คำสำคญ : การใหบรการ / คณภาพการใหบรการ / ระบบรกษาความปลอดภย Abstract The purposes of this research were to study on the pattern and nature of service, Quality of Service, The problems and obstacles in the service, and to find ways to improve the quality of services, Chubb (Thailand) Limited. In order to collect data from Executives, Employees and Customers of Chubb (Thailand) Limited in Bangkok and its vicinity, by used the in-depth interviews on total of 20 people. The results indicate that Chubb (Thailand) Limited has a clear procedure for the implementation of the principles of corporate ethics, focusing on speed and give priority to the needs of the customer as an important principle. Moreover, the company has also been reliability in the quality of service because of the professionalism, has communication and empathy services. It can respond to the problems and resolve the situation quickly. But it’s also encounter problems with the skills, knowledge and expertise in providing new technologies and the competitive in price service with competitors, which are important limitations in small group user services, including changing employees often causes problems in contact with customers to the service. บทคดยอ การวจยครงนมวตถประสงคเพอศกษาคณลกษณะของผประกอบการรานคา ศกษาความสำเรจในการดำเนนธรกจของผประกอบการรานคา เพอเปรยบเทยบคณลกษณะของผประกอบการจำแนกตามปจจยสวนบคคลของผประกอบการรานคา และเพอศกษาคณลกษณะของผประกอบการรานคาทสงผลตอความสำเรจในการประกอบการ กลมตวอยาง จำนวน 200 คน เครองมอทใชในการรวบรวมขอมลเปนแบบสอบถามสถตทใชในการวเคราะหขอมล คอ วเคราะหคาเอฟ และวเคราะหความถดถอยแบบพหคณเพอทดสอบสมมตฐาน พบวา ระดบความคดเหนทเกยวกบคณลกษณะของผประกอบการ ดานความเปนตวของตวเอง ดานความมนวตกรรม ดานความกลาเสยง ดานความกาวราวในการแขงขน ดานความสมำเสมอและใฝใจในการเรยนร และดานความใฝใจในความสำเรจอยในระดบมากถงมากทสด ผลการทดสอบสมมตฐานพบวา ดานความเปนตวของตวเองและดานความสมำเสมอและใฝใจในการเรยนร ของผประกอบการรานคาทมอายตางกน มคณลกษณะของผประกอบการตางกน ผประกอบการทมขอมลระดบการศกษาแตกตางกนจะมคณลกษณะของผประกอบการทแตกตางกน คณลกษณะของผประกอบการดานความกาวราวในการแขงขนและดานความใฝใจในความสำเรจมอทธพลทางบวกตอความสำเรจในการประกอบการ ซงประโยชนทไดจากการวจยนคอ ผประกอบการตองมการศกษาหาความรเพมเตมทางดานการบรหารจดการ กรณศกษาตางๆ เพอใหการประกอบธรกจนนมประสทธภาพและตอบสนองความตองการของลกคามากยงขน และเพอใหการดำเนนธรกจของตนเองใหประสบความสำเรจ คำสำคญ : คณลกษณะของผประกอบการ , ความสำเรจในการดำเนนธรกจ , ผประกอบการรานคา Abstract The purposes of this research were to study the store entrepreneur characteristic, to study the successful business operation of store entrepreneur, to compare the entrepreneur characteristics that are classified by personal factors of store entrepreneurs, to study the influence of entrepreneur characteristics on the successful business operation. A sample was 200 entrepreneurs. A tool to collect data was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using an f-test and a multiple regression analysis for hypothesis tests. The results found that the opinion level of entrepreneur characteristic regarding autonomy orientation, innovativeness orientation, risk taking orientation, competitive aggressiveness orientation, stability and learning orientation and achievement orientation were high and very high levels. The results of hypothesis tests were found that autonomy orientation stability and learning orientation of store entrepreneur were significantly different according to age groups. A difference in education background of entrepreneur also showed the different entrepreneur characteristics. Competitive aggressiveness orientation and achievement orientation were a positive influence on successful business operation. This research has benefits for the entrepreneur. They have to learn more about managing their cases and others to efficiently operate and improve the response of customer need for successful of their own business. The data collection instruments employed in this study were interview the rental management area, the entrepreneurs of rental stores and and consumers come to choose and purchase products and services in Big C Supercenter, Rajdamri branch, Based on the result of the study, it is found that: 1) the business model of entrepreneurs of rental stores vary according to the nature of business as well as their business administration. Management is also different in terms of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, decision making as well as investment marketing plan and marketing strategy are both similar and different based on each type of business. Business model of entrepreneurs of rental stores commonly come from their personal passion in doing specific business and accumulate their experience for a long time. 2) The situation of business competition that the entrepreneurs of rental stores regard as the most important issues are location, marketing, competitors, economic, social are all considered as the most important part in evaluating a business competitors, both internal and external 3.) Key Success Factors success in business operation in Superstore of the entrepreneurs of rental stores, are those who love in service business, reduce unnecessary work process to get outcome of the work come out effectively, good quality and acceptable standard of product and service Quality Be good and standards are acceptable. A sample was 256 teachers of Nakprasith School. An instrumentation was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation. Moreover, hypothesis test was used by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were found that work characteristic about the identity and the importance of work were in very high level but the diversity, freedom and operational result of work were in high level. The results of hypothesis test were found that the work characteristic about the diversity, importance and operational result of work were positive influence toward the happiness. The work characteristic about the identity and the freedom of work were not the influence toward the happiness of work. The happiness of work was positive influence toward the success of work. The advantages of this research were a process that can change a human resource management, a work position setting and a suitable work assignment.

The Influence of Strategic Flexibility, Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Process . The Influence of Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Processto Organizational Effectiveness. The questionnaires were performing as a research instruments. The 200 samples of questionnaires were analyzed by using the statistical analysis program. The statistic parameters which were used for this study were percentage, mean and standard deviation, pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis with 95% significance.The overall results of Transformational Leadership, Strategic Flexibility, Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Process and Organizational Effectiveness are in the many range. For the result of Influence Transformational Leadership have apositive influence to Strategic Flexibility, Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Process. The Strategic Flexibility have a positive influence to Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Process. The Capability of Knowledge Management Process and Ability of Change Management Process have a positive influence to Organizational Effectiveness. These results will make the manager of The Royal Irrigation Department to guide the planning strategy of Knowledge Management about personal development in Knowledge Management, Information Technology development and improve Knowledge Management tools to more accordingly for each office of The Royal Irrigation Department.
