分析了纸本图书现有采购方式及纸本图书循证采购的需求,介绍了循证采购支撑平台——“热书发现系统“的功能及收集的用户借阅数据、行为数据的特征,利用热书发现系统实现了纸本图书的循证采购.为建立线上线下相结合的图书循证采购模式提供新的途径,以优化馆藏,提升纸本图书利用率.

基于100所高校4年的借阅排行榜数据,从借阅图书的学科分布、图书的借阅次数分布等情况分析我国大学生图书阅读状况特征,对比不同高校、不同年份大学生图书阅读情况,分析出大学生图书阅读呈现出集中化、极化、分众化等特征.文章提出高校图书馆的阅读推广应文史经典与专业领域图书并重,并通过支持教学服务来带动专业阅读,同时利用热书发现系统,指导个性化阅读.

通过对浙江省44所高职院校论文课题、专利、社会服务贡献3个维度的比较和分析,认为浙江省高职院校中优质重点校整体科研发展水平要强于普通院校,同时各校之间科研发展水平差距较大,发展不够均衡.建议教育主管部门对高职院校科研进行政策扶持、各院校建立符合自身特点的科研奖励激励机制、并依托产业学院建设等方面来提升浙江省高职院校的科研发展水平.

信息技术的发展,给传统的图书馆服务带来机遇与挑战.针对当前高职院校信息服务需求,探讨项目引领下图书馆个性化嵌入式服务模式.该模式以教改项目为引领,学科馆员将图书馆服务嵌入到整个教学过程,既辅助专业教学,拓展教学内涵,又能提高学生的信息素养能力.

引入分众化概念,根据高职院校用户利用信息资源特征,将图书馆用户细分成4个用户群体,比较4个用户群体信息行为的不同,分析其信息需求特点.以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院图书馆为例,根据不同用户群信息需求特点,结合多年信息服务工作经验,探索开展个性化、有针对性、积极、主动、及时的信息服务.

对浙江省10所高职高专院校图书馆的现状进行了实地调研,从图书馆的基本情况、资源建设、自动化网络化数字化建设、读者服务、特色服务和特色资源等五个方面分析高职高专图书馆相对于2010年调研的变化,发现存在的共性问题,并就下一步高职高专图书馆发展提出了思考.

以CNKI中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据统计源,采用文献计量学方法,对《纺织学报》2004-2013年的发文情况进行统计,根据普赖斯定律和综合指数法测算出《纺织学报》核心作者共57人.对核心作者职业职称、基金论文比、合作研究情况、作者年龄结构、作者所处区域五个方面进行统计分析,结果表明:《纺织学报》核心作者多为高校教师、基金论文比为51％、合作研究论文占论文总数89％、50后和60后为主要研究力量、核心作者数量与当地纺织服装产业发展程度密切相关.并对促进《纺织学报》核心作者队伍建设,吸引优质稿源提出了一些建议.

针对各地兴起的城市数字图书馆建设,指出地方政府在城市数字图书馆建设中应承担主导作用,并对政府承担主导作用的依据进行分析。提出政府应以统筹规划、协调部门利益、建立资金保障制度、完善政策法规、营造信息环境五大方面为切入点,充分发挥政府的主导作用。

Based on the present situation of libraries in vocational colleges and the basic features of educationand readers in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward a few suggestions on the library construction andreader service as followed: to carry out characteristic library construction service and excellent reader serviceand to carry out efficient information service and provide teaching and scientific research with literature in-formation guarantee.
