The experimental method and mathematical model for calculating the incubation period of coal seam spontaneous combustion were established by taking the chemical absorption heat and chemically reaction heat during coal oxidation as the main heat source of temperature rise during coal combustion, and actual computation was made. The computed results can be used to better explain some phenomenon in the spontaneous combustion process of coal and have higher reliability.

为了更准确地预报煤层自然发火期,在总结前人对煤层最短自然发火期解算模型研究的基础上,分析了仍存在的一些问题.根据煤与氧反应的热平衡方程导出了煤最短自然发火期解算模型及实验方法,提出了更符合实际情况的煤层最短自然发火期解算模型.经两个试验工作面观测验证,预测准确率达到74%~90%,说明所建立的预测模型是正确的,预测方法对现场安全生产具有一定的指导作用.
